When you checked in you were asked if you knew how to unlock a door and there is a door lock platform on our desks that shows you, there was no reason for you to be locked out or locked in your unit.. We hope that you enjoyed your stay

While we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beach, appreciated the smooth check-in process, and found our communication helpful, we’re truly sorry that the condition and cleanliness of the unit did not meet your expectations. Your concerns about the misleading photos, limited towels and supplies, broken toilet handle, cleanliness, and pest issues are being taken seriously and have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate follow-up. We understand how disappointing it is to arrive expecting one experience and to encounter another—especially after a significant investment in your vacation. We also want to thank you for pointing out the issues with the remotes, WiFi, and resort common areas. While some resort policies (like the gaming restrictions) are outside of our control, we understand your frustration and agree that the overall guest experience needs to be consistent and comfortable across all aspects of the stay. We appreciate your honesty and regret that we didn’t deliver the level of quality you—and we—expect.
