The first floor has an enclosed front porch that provides a great place to relax and enjoy the summer. It has a living room with a 42in flat screen TV, a double mantle antique fireplace, a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping for two, and a relaxing view of the park and Lake Michigan. It also has a dining room, galley kitchen and laundry room. Finally, there are two bedrooms, a master and smaller guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. The smaller guest bedroom has twin beds. There is also a full guest bathroom with double pedestal sinks, separate shower and large claw foot tub.

The upstairs has a family room (we call it the party room) with a vaulted ceiling that has sleeping room (day beds) for two, a 65in flat screen TV, antique oak and brass bar, and extra refrigerator for keeping drinks cold. It also has a balcony with a patio table and chairs that oversees the park and Lake Michigan. The other two bedrooms upstairs sleep four, one with twin beds, the other with a queen bed. A center hall bathroom has a single sink and claw foot shower/tub.

The Cottage in Kid's Corner location is perfect for families who want easy access to the Park's playground, ball field and picnic area, plus public beach access immediately across the street.
