South Padre Beach House
The property was great for easy access to the beach and the pool right out our front door. However, the pool was much smaller than pictures indicated, but we had it to ourselves. Unfortunately, other residents before us left all kinds of empty beer bottles, cans, and water bottles around the pool and cigarette butts on the ground. After we picked up all that and disposed of it, the pool was a place to hang out in the heat of the day. We were unaware that there were no supplies for the kitchen or showers. That is fine, but we were expecting that just like at other VRBOs we have stayed at. No sponge for kitchen, no dishwasher or washing machine pods, no bath soap, only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms with 6 people for 3 nights, and only 3 trash sacks. We did have hand soap.
Jerry was amazing, though, helping us navigate only 2 parking spaces for 6 people in 3 different cars. We loved every minute we spent together with our 1st grand baby making tons of "first time" memories. Thanks Jerry!
