Homely coastal property, if your after a place to relax for a couple of nights, weekend, or a few weeks.
This is the place for you.

A wonderful place to say if your looking to visiting Maria Island (approx 10min drive), Swansea, Coles Bay, Bicheno or Port Arthur, great for day trips.

Only an Hour to Hobart!

Couples accommodation, is only minutes from several local beaches, close to parks, supermarket, post office, cafes, golf course, bowls club & boat ramp, good for the keen fisherman.

We are pet friendly ( 1 pet only 10Kg or under, sometimes 2 small dogs, please just make contact & I’m sure we can work something out) we still like to know when your bring a pet & we allow them inside but not on furniture or in bedrooms, they are not to be left at the property on their own or left inside unattended. A fee is chargded to cover for cleaner to do additional check, we also ask you to clean up after them before you leave.
The property is fenced, but please still do a walk around, to make sure you don’t think they get out, want to keep them safe, they are part of the family.
There is a large alfresco area, dog park opposite & only a few minutes walk to the beach my dog loves it there.

We have also replaced flooring to make the property pet friendly, this is also why we charge a pet fee.

Clean, quiet, huge patio, easy access.

Had everything we needed for a couple night stay and less than 10 min drive to Maria Island ferry. Friendly owner, easy communication, great patio, easy access and parking in a quiet neighborhood about 2 minutes off of the main highway. Would stay again.

Great Spot for a Relaxing Stay

A great property in which to enjoy a relaxing stay. Close to everything but enjoying peace and quiet at the same time. Spotlessly clean, with everything there to make for a very comfortable stay.

Great location

The property suited us perfectly as we holiday with a small dog.It is open plan and user friendly with a great undercover barbecue area in a quiet location.Coffee shops,supermarket and beaches are within walking distance and the host was great 👍

A relaxing place to stay

Convenient, clean, comfortable, modern with a great host who obviously cares for both her property and her guests - without being intrusive. Our second stay every bit as enjoyable as our first. We’ll be back!

Clean and modern beach house with ocean views

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and modern beach house with ocean views. There was more than enough space for the 2 of us both inside and outside. Great to location to explore the area and for trips to Maria Island.

Perfect holiday

Great place to stay

Short walk to the beach. Well appointed home. Modern. Easy communication with owner and she was very supportive as we had to change our booking because a friend had died. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location with short walk to beach & coastal path leading to local cafe. Well set up for self catering with IGA also walking distance. Comfortable accommodation with stylish design features. Very pet friendly with secure yard. Bel was extremely helpful.

Summer holiday at Orford

Fantastic location. Wonderful host. Terrific undercover area out the back if the weather turns sour for eating or playing games. Simple kitchen, but just about everything you need. Small bedrooms, but comfortable beds and all you need for a get away. Large lounge area.

A great location and a lovely space for couples and families

A wonderful weekend! Bel is an amazingly helpful host and provides a fabulous holiday home! The living areas and garden are great for families or a couple. Well equipped kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and close to many wonderful areas to explore. The Buckland Gardens enroute was an interesting walk and a great surprise .....don’t miss it! Enjoy your stay

Lovely Holiday Home – Very Helpful Host

We loved staying at Bel’s place. Very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Only a short walk to the beach. Our dogs enjoyed the fully fenced yard and the dog park across the road. Close to the IGA and coffee shops, and the local pub had lovely meals. Bel is very attentive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
