Upstairs, the master suite is your private sanctuary, complete with a walk-in wardrobe and a stylish ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom with two single beds (which can convert into a California king) and a modern family bathroom with a luxurious bath provide comfort for the whole family.
Downstairs, you'll discover a second living room/media lounge perfect for movie nights or kids' downtime along with a third double bedroom and a bunk room with a set of Single Bunks and a Single over Double bunk. A third full bathroom, laundry facilities, and a collection of board games ensure everyone is catered for, rain or shine.
Whether you're bringing the extended family or holidaying with friends, this home easily accommodates multiple groups, with separate zones for relaxation and fun.
Theres also plenty of outdoor space for the whole family to enjoy. A large concreted area at the front of the house is perfect for bikes, skateboards, and ball games, while the grassy lawn offers a great spot for outdoor games, picnics, or simply soaking up the sun.

The section to the right of the house does not belong to the property.
There are security cameras monitoring the perimeter of house for security, mainly the driveways, steps and tractor. They are not monitored and do not provide motion alerts, they are purely stored for a short period so they can be referenced in the event of an incident.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided. Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
