Overall it met all my expectations. Easy to access, convenient to all locations we needed access to. Parking was a little smaller than we had thought but we made it work. I can't wait to go back.

Nice beach vacation

Great location. The property could use updating but that doesn’t matter when you are steps from the beach! Overall we had everything we needed and have no complaints. Communication with the host was quick and they were very responsive.

We loved the seahorse cottage, all the amenities, and the short walk to the ocean. The kids especially had fun with all the toys, games and DVDs. Would definitely stay here again!!

The listing is accurate, the house is 50 ft to the beach trail/entrance. Our family members went back and forth from the beach to the house often because it is so close. We love the outdoor shower, the deck and easy beach access. The photos clearly show that it is an older style beach cottage, charming and filled with fun touches like a record player, games, cards, etc. The mattresses were comfortable. We had 4 people and plenty of space. The bunkbed room is best for one kid/teen or 2 younger children in my opinion. We greatly enjoyed our time there.

Hosts were very helpful, check in was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay very much. Beach was just steps away. Good Birding for Dad on the beach. Bodie lighthouse and Wright Memorial close by. Great location. Would stay here again. Arcade game was lots of fun. Cottage was stocked good with games and great books for a rainy day. Wish we could stay longer.

Weekend getaway

Great location and clean. My family enjoyed the time spent there and will definitely look for availability for future trips. Greg and Annette were excellent at keeping us informed about the property and this made everything easier.

The perfect home to rent for 4-6 people, and the location is a rocks throw from the ocean. All the amenities for a wonderful vacation. Very charming!

Anniversary getaway

We just loved this place. The house and property are so well kept and the property manager was awesome. Short walk to the beach where you can see dolphins while walking on the beach. Spent our evening on the back deck enjoying the stars and listening to the waves. And the location is far enough away but still close to town. We are planning to stay there for hopefully every Anniversary now.

Exactly what we were looking for.

We wanted something close to the beach and we could walk out the door and be on sand in less than a minute. We could spend the day hanging out on the beach and then walk to the pier and restaurant without having to get in a car. It was very private and had all of the essentials. Plenty of stuff to use in the house. Cool record collection, and the arcade game was cool too. As someone who doesn't require a ton of state of the art stuff, I appreciated the feel of an older cottage at the beach.

Perfect location and great price

We can for the beach and we were not disappointed. Great location with easy beach access. We loved being able to see the ocean from the living room. Air conditioning was a plus. The house itself was a little old but in good condition and clean. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This beach cottage was perfect! It is about 2 minutes from the beach and centrally located near stores, restaurants, and piers. It is equipped with everything you need. Bonus feature: an arcade game with all the old games. I would definitely rebook here. Communication with the host was excellent!

Absolutely charming property right by the beach

We loved our stay! It was exactly what we were looking for in a beach house. Clean and very well-kept. Comfortable furniture and beds. Annette and Greg were very responsive any time we had a question about the property. We were steps away from the beach (most of the time we didn’t even bother with sandals) and an easy drive to any number of great restaurants. And in the evenings we could open the windows and hear the surf.
