Great property manager

We truly enjoyed our stay and the location is great. No issues with neighbors, very comfortable place. It was mostly me and my wife but we did have company for a couple of days and everyone enjoyed it. Nice cook out area. We had the washer go bad but the property manager was on the ball and kept good communication as to the progress. Originally it was going to get fixed and the repair service came out right away and ordered the part. She stayed on top of it and let us know every step along the way. When the part continued to be on back order she stopped the process and sent in a new washer. She was awesome!!!

Great Place to Stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Just as depicted in the photos. Very close to the pool. Comfortable beds. Great appliances and almost everything you need in the kitchen. The owner responded to emails about the property very quickly. Location was good....very close to airport and quick access to the I10. Would definitely return.

Even better than the first time!

I stayed at Marc's place 4 years ago and went back for another visit. The condo was even better than I remembered. Comfy, cozy, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Everything is easy here...parking right out front, spacious kitchen, enough space for two couples and a comfy bed. The grounds are immaculate and we enjoyed the lovely grapefruit trees, plentiful at this time of year. Great access to central Palm Springs and a wide variety of hiking trails within close proximity. Marc is well organized and great to deal with. You won't go wrong with this condo!

A super home-away-from home.

We found the condo very comfortable. The kitchen, living area, bedrooms and baths are spacious, with sliding doors to the patio from the living area and both bedrooms. It has morning sun, and is just a few steps to the pool. Thanks, Marc.

Ideal location, Very Clean

We really enjoyed our stay at Marc's condo. It was clean and well maintained. We felt safe and secure in the gated community. His location is excellent. 10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs, and a short interstate drive to all the golf courses. Arrangements went smoothly and Marc was very easy to deal with. I would not hesitate using Marc's condo again, but being from Canada, it was far too hot for us going in mid-September. Thank goodness his air conditioning worked and the pool was very close. I would probably go back between Late October to early April next year.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The location was great! And, the accommodations were modern, clean, and very comfortable. Convenient Comfort

This condo on a well-maintained golf resort was clean and comfortable. It is convenient to nearby grocery stores. It was as promised in the photos and booking was easy with no problems. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Air conditioning and overhead fans provided relief from the heat. We had a reunion with friends and spent most of our time away from the unit. I would have given 5 stars except that the queen bed seemed small (we sleep in a queen at home with more than adequate room) and for some reason the mattress made quite a crackling and creaking noise with normal sleep tossing and turning. Our friends who shared the unit were very comfortable in the king bed. The step-in shower was a bonus since one of them is mobility challenged. Overall it met our expectations and we would return if in the area again.

Great getaway for both R&R and a little work away from the hustle and bustle of the city!

I booked this home for my friend who needed a getaway in the desert where he could do some work while away from the hustle and bustle of the city and also get some R&R. He enjoyed this comfortable, updated home in a convenient location very much and told me he wanted to book it again in the future. This home is a perfect repeat getaway for the LA, Orange County, San Diego, or San Francisco city dweller who needs to escape from daily stresses and enjoy the peace and expansiveness of the awe inspiring desert. The owner is such a pleasure to deal with! He is very prompt with communications and addressing any concerns and did his best to make sure the stay was enjoyable. Everything went very smoothly. Hope you have the chance to enjoy this lovely home soon!

Fabulous visit to Desert Princess

My wife and I spent 10 days at Marc's place in Cathedral City. This was our second visit and we hope to return again. The unit is well equipped and close to the pool and golfing. Shopping and Starbucks are right next door. We rented bikes from tri a bike and we really enjoyed our hiking and bike rides. We played Pickel Ball at the club and golfed at the Desert Princess club. I recommend Marc's place to anyone looking for a great getaway spot.

Excellent trip & unit!

Enjoyed our recent trip to Palm Springs and Marc's condo. The condo is located in a gated community on a golf course. The unit was super quiet and had all the amenities of home. Woke up the first morning to my husband announcing that there were orange trees, lemon trees and grapefruit trees outside the unit. The friendly neighbour confirmed that they were ours for the picking! Made for a great week of fruit smoothies! Nicely updated, modern and clean, there was nothing amiss with the unit. There was even a selection of pillows - fluffy and flat, we all know that a bad pillow can really play havoc with a vacation. The unit had a convenient parking spot, was a short walk to the pool and fitness facility. The fitness facility was nice and cost $10 a day (probably have a better deal for longer stays). As for the Palm Springs area, we are avid hikers so enjoyed access to the many trails in the area. Day trips included Joshua Tree Park, Indian Springs, Coachella Valley, the Whitewater Reserve Loop Trail and the Salton Sea. Enjoyed eating at the Indian restaurant Monsoon and Thai Smile. Thanks to Marc for being a super host!

December in Palm Springs

Just returned from a week at Marc's condo. Although always a little leary when checking out places to stay, nothing to worry about here. From the initial email and phone call touching base, everything about the booking was very quick, smooth and informative. Once booked you have access to a very detailed website that answers all your questions. We travelled with another couple and this 2 bd/2 ba was perfect for us with plenty of room. Nice to have each bed/bath on seperate sides of the condo. One king size bed with shower only and one queen size bed with tub/shower combo bath, lovely double sinks and large walk in closets. Bedding linens, pillows and towels plentiful and of high quality. Beds very comfortable. Very clean, spacious and renos and upgrades very nice. To have a washer and dryer in the condo was a great addition. Kitchen appliances all updated and everything else you need to cook a meal - is there, even a BBQ on the large patio. Things supplied like saran, paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, hair dryer, make-up mirror , cleaning supplies for quick touch ups, laundry and dishwasher soap were a nice touch. The few email questions we had about the tv operation were answered right away with detailed instructions and the same when checking out about the water. The next door neighbours, also from Canada, were kind enough to take our leftover condiments/food so that we didn't have to throw it away. It is very easy to get around the area from here but, unless you just want to stay put and only golf at Desert Princess, you do need a vehicle. We did feel very secure in this DP complex with the gate - coming and going. Parking outside the condo was very convenient. We did golf and have dinner in the Clubhouse - very nice and very friendly staff and good food on 'Football Monday' - Happy Hour and dinner specials. The whole complex is very well kept. Except for the day of arrival (rain), December weather was just great, especially for golfing - mid 70's to low 80's . We certainly would like to stay here again at Marc's place and would definitely recommend it to others.

Fabulous Condo with everything you need

My wife and I stayed at Marc's place for 3 weeks. The Condo is great. It has a well stocked kitchen where we found everything we needed. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Great outside patios with barbecue. We had many nice dinners outside. The golf course was great. We took a group lesson every Sunday.lots of hiking close by. Grocery store and Starbucks right next door..rented bikes close by. Had a fabulous time and hope to be back.

Golf vacation

We travel to Palm Springs every February and this condo was the best one we have ever stayed at. An immaculate and spacious home with fabulous upgrades.....the kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need. The grounds at the Desert Princess are lovely and make for an enjoyable morning walk. The location was convenient with a shopping centre just blocks away. Marc took immediate action on a couple of issues we had. We were just a two-some but there is plenty of room for two couples with two master suites at the opposite ends of the condo. Bring your golf clubs as the Desert Princess has a golf course in the complex. My husband and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Marc

Desert Fun

We had a great time at the Desert Princess! The condo was perfect for two people, but could have easily accomodated two couples as well. Although we cooked very little, the kitchen was great. I was an original condo owner at the Desert Princess and Marc has done a great job bringing this condo up to date. Thanks Marc.

Mother's Day Weekend

This was the perfect place for a girls' getaway weekend. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Everything was immaculate and the home looked exactly like the pictures displayed on the website. The pool was just a short distance from the back patio which was perfect for us since we spent two days floating in it. Marc bent over backwards to make sure our stay would be enjoyable. From answering my numerous questions prior to renting, to trouble-shooting Wi-fi problems, to even wishing us a Happy Mother's Day, he was great! I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and truly appreciated his kindness. I would most definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my family and friends.

Desert Princess Condo

A lovely condo - clean,spacious, nice new appliances, decorating and furnishings - very comfortable. Desert Princess has beautiful grounds. We walked every morning and noted how clean the entire complex is kept. The pool and hot tub were very close and ours offered a spectacular view of the 18th fairway and the mountain backdrop was stunning. Picking fruit from the lemon and grapefruit trees just steps from our door was a real treat and a brand new experience for folks from the Great White North. The only problem we had accessing WiFi on our IPad was handled quickly and effectively. While we don't get to Palm Springs on a regular basis, this positive experience will make more frequent visits likely. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and would certainly recommend this condo to family and friends. Thank you Marc.

Any Questions we had were always answered promptly and curteously Our friends kept saying this villa is much nicer then the last one they stayed at. The location is quite private, not on the golf course,so when the wind blows, it is still pleasent. on the patio..Over all it was a good visit to Palm Springs and I would recomend Marc's villa to my friends
