Very comfortable

With 4 men visiting for a fishing comp having 4 bedrooms all with either double or queen beds this place was perfect for us.

Short break for our dog.

Been to this property before. We like it because it is dog friendly. Fully enclosed colourbond fence.

Lovely property

This is a very lovely home. I have some additional points to my initial email: - sadly the photos in the stayz ad were stretched, not reflecting the actual property. - vacuum cleaner was full, not emptied by the cleaner. - outside light needs a new globe. - the lock box combination was set to 385, when we found it so it wasn’t locked. - bathroom lighting (tastic) has not been cleaned for sometime (caked with dust). Noting there are heat lamps, this may increase chance of fire. - there has been some dog poo in back yard from previous people. We picked this up. - the backyard hose does not appear to retract. - one of the concrete tiles next to the three steps is loose (top right). - there are also minor chips in the kitchen bench top. Please note, the above points are minor, and it is a lovely property.

Hi John thanks for your review. As you said these are minor things that we have already advised our cleaners and handy man about. It's not particularly appropriate to post access details to one of our properties on a public forum, so we have had our access to the property changed which has cost the owner of the property money. We're glad you enjoyed your stay at Kingfisher as it is a lovely property.

Short break for our dog.

The primary requirement for our holidays these days is that the property has a colorbond fence for our dog. We feel more secure ourselves too knowing our dog can't escape. This property ticked all the boxes for our pampered pooch. The beds were super comfy. The general standard of the house was good. When we are holidaying in that area again we would definitely book this property.

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
