The space features a comfortable living and dining area, perfect for relaxing with family, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a private balcony with spectacular side ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Ideal for small families or couples, this apartment combines comfort, privacy, and an unbeatable location with direct beach access and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

The apartment balcony is available for guest use. However, it is scheduled to be repainted, and maintenance work may take place at any time without prior notice, including during your stay.

A little negative BUT more positive

I would have appreciated a nice comfy chair to sit while watching t.v. The mattresses were WAY too soft for our comfort. BUT the location and the view were perfect for us.

Nothing works but nice location

The shower is broken, bath faucet fell off and the property manager claims it is all good. Nice location but the condo is not well cared for and don't expect to be able to cook anything.

Unfortunately we had a problem with the passenger who said he wanted to cancel the reservation due to a problem with the shower faucet. I explained to him that there was no need for him to leave, that I was going to solve the problem. I got a plumber to come to the apartment the next morning even if it was Sunday ... (which is very difficult) and the passenger didn't want to wait and left. The plumber made the visit, charged me US$50 and confirmed that there was no problem with the shower faucet.

The most uncomfortable bed we ever slept on, no table on balcony

We went for a relaxing vacation and on 4th night decided we have to stay at friends home for the rest of stay.
