Patricia, thanks for staying with us. We are sorry you experienced a few issues during your visit. - We're sorry about the condition of the hot tub. We are working with our cleaning crew to ensure the hot tub is cleaned more effectively and treated with chemicals as needed each time. - The sand is a product of us being on a ground well system and not city water. We will be adding a sand filter to the hose this week to correct this issue. We are sorry if this was offputting at all. - We are sorry the sheets were not to your standards. We will go ahead and replace the sheets with a new set, as we have had these sheets for a little over a year. - Located under the sink is the switch for the garbage disposal. To ensure future guests are fully aware of this, we will make a note of it. We appreciate your feedback as it allows us to make improvements where necessary.

We take guest satisfaction very seriously, and I'm sorry to hear about the disappointments you experienced.Regarding the cleanliness concerns, we have very high standards and work with a cleaning team to professionally clean the home before each guest's stay. To ensure our high standards are continuously being met, our cleaning team provides me with photos after each cleaning. We assure you that the home passed its pre-stay inspection in preparation of your stay. We assure you, that every corner of the cabin had been meticulously cleaned, including under furniture and rugs. While vacuuming may have resulted in some lint from the carpet, the cabin was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.- As for the oven, while it's not brand new, there were no traces of burnt food on the racks during our inspection.- Regarding the water pressure, as the cabin is located in a wooded area with a shared well, simultaneous use of water appliances can affect the pressure. To address this, we will ensure that a note is provided to future guests, reminding them to stagger their showers to maximize water pressure.- As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide guests with a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels as a courtesy, but guests are required to purchase any additional for their needs.- In terms of entertainment, while the basement TV is not a smart TV, we offer a DVD player and a library of about 50 DVDs for movie nights. Additionally, the main TV in the family room upstairs is a smart TV with access to streaming services.- Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will use it to improve the guest experience for future stays.
