The place was quite comfortable and David was very communicative. Plenty of space and plenty of instructions on how to use everything. The one downside was having to clean the place from top to bottom before checking out—the last hours of our vacation were spent washing linens, remaking beds, sweeping/mopping/bathrooms, etc.

Property was comfortable and had everything we needed. Good amount of space for four people. Great location, easy walk to Commercial Street. We were a little worried about there not being cleaners but the folks before us did a good job and it was fine. David responded quickly to an issue we encountered and took care of it right away. Would definitely rent again.

A quiet retreat in the East End

This was the first time our group of friends stayed in the East End. We were a bit concerned to be far from the beach because we all are car-free in Provincetown. It is a long walk (tho an easy bike ride) but we adapted and found that the tranquil setting (and the charms of the East End) more than compensated for this. And, I think we all actually enjoyed the increased walking. The condo, including a spacious private deck, is lovely and well-equipped and suited our needs. I was a bit concerned about having to do a thorough cleaning and remake the beds before departure- but it actually was easy to do not an issue. The small criticisms we offer (in the context of having a very positive experience): no bike racks, so we had to improvise; loose/unsafe railing on on section of exterior stairs; cd player didn’t work. Another observation is that while the condo max is 4 people it is set up for 2 couples (as opposed to several friends). Not a criticism, just an observation. My contact with David was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Quite Hideaway, Close to Everything

My husband and I have been renting in Provincetown for more than 10 years at different condos. This condo rates among the best. Pros: Clean and modern, great layout -- two large bedrooms (one with a gas fireplace), expansive living space, large deck off the living room, a well-stocked (utensils, appliances) kitchen, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The unit is tucked away on Bradford St. but just a block away from Commercial and quick 15 minute walk to the center of town. Angel Foods on Commercial is a block away and sells sandwiches, pre-made salads, beer, and other light groceries. There's another store on Bradford close to the unit that sells wine and liquor. David, our point of contact for the condo, was affable and quick to respond (via text) to the couple of questions the came up. I would rent again here in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong here.

Beware

I’ve never stayed in a short-term rental where guests are expected to do a deep clean between stays. This is the expectation here. We found it in a dirty condition and did our best to clean it before an early-morning departure. Unless you want to wake up at 4am to start multiple loads of bedding/towels the day you leave and mop the floors, I would avoid.

Great Place to Work Remote

I worked remote for a week in Provincetown and really enjoyed this property. There was enough space for me to work from the deck or inside on the day when it rained. My friend was not working, but there was more than enough space to work without waking him. Nicely equipped property. Please note that you do need to clean it yourself!

Wonderful Condo

We had a great time and a great stay at this condo. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a longer walk to the center of town because of its location but it was also so nice and quiet because of the location. The only drawback is having to clean the condo at the end of our stay. It would be so great if there was a cleaning service that would come in between guests so that it was not our responsibility.

The best

My friend and I stayed for almost a month and it was a dream! We were working from “home” and enjoying all of the food and culture that Ptown has to offer. David is the most attentive person ever. I highly recommend - as long as its not for my weeks next year!

very pleasant, comfortable place to stay on east side of Ptown

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is cheerful and quiet and comfortable. We had trouble finding the place at arrival because the Instructions were not accurate (A vs. B) was incorrect. Also, the expectation to clean the condo before leaving, to the point of "spotless," including the bathrooms, felt unfair, given the rental rate for the condo. Typically sweepintg/tidying up is expected, but not vacuuming, doing laundry and remaking beds, for instance.

Great place in Ptown that you can still walk to everything but also far enough away to relax. Lovely home on top floor with a great deck. Leave time to clean the apartment on your last day though!

Great property!

The unit was spacious and easy enough to get anywhere you wanted to in Ptown. It was clean and had all the amenities one would want, especially for a longer stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and huge place!

It was great! Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights over MDW. It was close enough to town to walk in, was a large place and had plenty of space and utilities, it has one parking spot which was very helpful! Overall great time/trip/place.

Fantastic Condo, Modern, Clean, and Spacious close to Ptown center

As someone else mentioned, the place is better than what you get to see in the photos. There's a beautiful patio, great full kitchen, and two full baths. Very spacious. The furniture is comfortable and modern and the owners have gone to great extent that it feels like home. We rented it for 3 nights and the owner was very accommodating. Note that this is a 3rd floor walkup. You will also be responsible for cleaning/laundering linens after you leave so you must leave aside some time on your final day to do that.

Another great stay!

This is the third year that we have stayed at this condo and it couldn't be better! The condo has all of the amenities that you could ask for, including two bathrooms, a huge deck, central a/c, wifi, and much more for a reasonable cost. The location is in the East End, directly accross the street from the Cook St. Inn. It is quiet, but still just a short walk to all of the action. Ruth, the owner always makes us feel like we are valued return renters and has checked in with us by phone each time to make sure we are enjoying our stay. We will be returning again and again!

What a wonderful weekend. Shops, theater, and restaurants are a moments walk away. Unit is top floor, top quality, quiet, clean, huge deck, spacious bedrooms, all the amenities. Owner couldn't be more accommodating. Would highly recommend!

A great Escape!

This place was perfect for us! We have two children ages 6 and 10. We were blocks from the beach and on top of town without being right in it. The third floor was private, quiet, breezy with good light. The place was modern clean and comfortable. Linens were good. The deck was a good. You will not be disappointed.

If you want a great spot in Ptown, look no further

We stayed one week at this great 2 bedroom unit. Great unit - great owner - easy to book, gain access to, stay in and wonderful amenities. Internet worked like a charm, and plenty of cable channels to choose from. It is a close walk to town, yet very peaceful. It's the top floor - so you need to climb some stairs - but it's worth it. Huge deck off the living area with a grill. Beds are large and comfortable, and the bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of closet space, along with a washer/dryer. Would definitely return!

Everything we had hoped

Four of us stayed in this top quality condo the last week of August 2010. It was everything we could have hoped for! It is in a quiet location, very close to Commercial St. in the East End. It's about a short 10 min walk to everything in the center of town. The bedrooms were very large and comfortable, the deck was huge and very relaxing. The central air was also a nice bonus, considering it was almost 90 degrees for most of the week. The owner was very easy to deal with and we'd highly recommend this property. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early because of the possible hurricance, but we had a great time here and will definitely return in the future.

Quiet Beauty

This unit really couldn't be any nicer. Although just minutes from all the activities, the quiet location was perfect for a restful vacation. We rented bikes and that made everything, from beaches and bike paths to downtown, easily accessible, but a lot of things are minutes walking distance away. The unit itself was wonderful. Clean and bright with everything you could ask for available. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and ceiling fans in every room kept it cool (even though there is central heat and air conditioning.) When we decide to return to Provincetown, we will most definitely check to see if this terrific unit is available.
