Family Cabo Trip

Good location but busy roads with loud traffic on poolside. Just a block from Madano Beach so spent all our time there. Great price.

Loved our stay!

The location was excellent for all we wanted to do. It was within walking distance to restaurants, downtown shopping, and the beach. There is an inexpensive beach parking area if you prefer to drive. The accommodations were also very nice. We enjoyed the patio in the morning and evening. While we did not use the pool, it appeared nice and other visitors often did. The gate crew were friendly and it was nice that they have security. Francisco was easily reachable and helpful. We would like to return!

Close to the beach.

We really enjoyed this large condo within walking distance to the beach and the Marina. It had everything we needed for our month in Cabo. The host was great and addressed any issues we had in a timely manner.

Nice Condo

The condo is spacious with everything rounded need for your stay. It’s couple minutes to the Medano beach. I would like to mention that it is a safe place with gates and the security guards who were very friendly and helped us with questions how to find some places in the city. The check-in was easy, the condo was very clean and Francisco was very friendly and responsive. The only thing I wasn’t excited is some noise from the road at night, it looks like windows don’t have the noise isolation feature, but we used ear plugs and it was pretty good. I didn’t want to leave the place. We loved the food and the people in Los Cabos. I would definitely stay there next time.

Nice condo close to downtown

We had a great stay in this property. It was clean and well maintained. There was lots of room in the unit . We had two couples and it worked great for us. There were lots of towels for the pool and washrooms. The balcony is lovely. Lots of room to sit out and enjoy the morning sun. The only drawback was it is close to two busy streets so there can be quite a bit of street noise. It’s close enough to walk to the beach and a nice walk to the marina and downtown either on the beach or the streets. Also close to Walmart. The security staff was great and very friendly. Francisco was very easy to deal with and very helpful. We would stay here again.

They advertised an ocean view. The view was a dirt soccer field. You could see a piece of the ocean if you leaned over the railing of the balcony.

Nice condo, great location

The property was within walking distance to the Marina, beach and Walmart. The unit was across from soccer fields and close to two busy streets so was noisy on the balcony at times. It had lots of room and a great balcony for enjoying the morning sun. It was clean and well maintained. The security of he property was great and the guys were very friendly. Would stay there again.

We had a blast. The los Cabos villas was top notch!! Everything you need is accessible. Beach was only a 7-10 min walk. Downtown is within walking distance and Walmart and Costco was about a 5 min drive. Definitely recommend this place.

Week in Cabo

The condo was everything as advertised, nice size, large rooms, comfortable beds. Everything worked and it had all we needed for a great stay. Location was good, easy walk to town or beach. It is a noisy location, right on a busy boulevard and close to main highway. Also noise at night from town. That said, any downside is built into the price. This unit would be double the cost or more if it were located in a quieter location on the beach. We only had one request for an extra key and that was delivered promptly. I feel if there were any other issues the management would take care of it. Nice pools, quiet residence other than highway noise. If you are looking for a fabulous ocean view you will not get it here. It's a peekaboo view at best. Again, built into the price.

Great property, location and service

Condo was best priced in the area, and seemed to be best priced in the 2 buildings themselves. Conveniently located 2 blocks from public access to the Medano Beach. Exit the security gate, turn right and walk down 2 blocks and there you are! View on the beach look directly onto the Arch area (and the cruise ships). The unit looks exactly like the pictures and had a very well equipped kitchen. Lots of linens and towels. We used the fridge dispensed water (for coffee) and the ice maker throughout our time there and had no gastro issues. The patio was very large and lovely and did have a gas bbq (we didn't use). This area got the morning sun. This unit is professionally managed and our local contact, Fransisco was great. He was responsive to all of our questions, resupplied a few items promptly and set us up with a discounted whale watching tour, which we LOVED. We didn't use the pool, but the common/pool area was clean and had lots of loungers. The apartment building looked to be very well maintained, with security and locked gates 24/7. Security was very helpful and friendly. The pool area had morning sun. The apartment patio looks onto the pool area and a fairly busy street. The access door has a wide outside corridor to the elevators and we actually sat outside there in the later afternoons to get the sun. We were able to access Uber easily (came to the security gate) and location is a short ride to the downtown and the marina.

A Wonderful stay, highly recommended

Wonderful and spacious accommodation with everything you need; it was clean, plenty of towels for the beach/pool/bath and linen and towel felt plush and lux. Location was great, secure gate at the front manned by a couple of staff. Easy walk to the beach which was at the end of the road (7-12min walk) or to the marina and surrounds (15-20min walk). We walked around the area with a 12, 10 and 3 year old with no issues or a pram, I thought they’d complain due to the heat but it was very pleasant at a top a sunny 26deg Celsius during the time we stayed. Pools are very inviting but very cold, not sure if it was heated but kids still went in lol! Fast wifi is available and TV was huge! Owner was very quick to respond to our questions prior and during our stay, thank you for having us! Highly recommended and would love to stay here again in the future.

This is a beautiful establishment. It’s so close to everything, and if one needs an Uber it’s super cheap.
