Thank you for your nice comments. You were a great "group leader" for your large family reunion -- the next volunteer will have their work cut out for them. I always talk about the Flott family reunion ---such great people that come all the time with the whole gang.

Repeat Visit

We stayed in a different unit at this location in 2020 and came back this year in a 2 bedroom. We love that it's right across the street from the beach and we can bring our dog with us. The unit itself was great for 4 adults and the bathroom looked to have been recently updated. We would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Hi Jeff--- every week is different as far as family make-up -- kids/no kids at the Sandtrap property. I know you realize this, since you have stayed at this property for years ---- we would have a private home in that same area, that would have a private pool for you. When you call for your next reservation, let's talk about that. Also, thanks for a touch of home -- always nice to see Ravenna, OH on a reservation :)

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had an amazing stay at this beach vacation rental! The location is unbeatable, just 1/2 block from the beach with public access right across the street. My dog, Zia, absolutely loved it here, and it was great to find such a pet-friendly place. The rental was spotless and had a wonderful family-oriented atmosphere. We also enjoyed being within walking distance to fantastic bars and restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation! 🏖️

Sandtrap 2

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We contacted the rental office with a couple of things that required attention. They were extremely helpful in solving the issues. The new keyless entry system was perfect, no searching for the physical key. The condo had new wall decorations. We plan to return next year.

Great vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here before a few years back. Since then they have upgraded.I wasn't crazy about the shower head. And water leaked from shower door on the floor. Shower floor was slippery. I will bring my own shower mat next time. Front door was very pretty but didn't like the fact that you could see through it. I loved the new water and drier! Very convenient and a close walk to the beach. I will stay here again!

Cute place in really good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I and our 2 dogs stayed here for Jan and Feb in a lower unit. The place had comfortable couches and beds and a good layout for its size. We loved the walk-in shower with the "rain" shower head. The only improvements it could use would be to update the kitchen cabinets and maybe blow in some insulation between the walls so that it might be soundproofed a bit. We'd had one issue that was quickly taken care of by maintenance, done efficiently and in a friendly, professional manner. Also, one of the maintenance personnel told us about a local dog park, so we took our dogs there, and they loved it! The location of the rental is very close to the beautiful beach. Also, I should mention that we were very happy that we didn't see any bugs in the unit at all, which was a relief since we know that can sometimes be an issue in general in Southern U.S.

PARKING PLACES

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were told we have 2 parking per unit. I think you need to tell all renters to park one behind the other. Someone from management needs to then make a drive by to check on this It would be very easy if you made twoparking passes for every renter.
VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2026 年 8 月 8 日)
Thank you for taking the time to provide this review and talk about the parking. That building has 4 units and each unit has 2 parking spaces. They are not numbered, but there is space, including the parking lane beside the building, to park 8 vehicles. Renters sometimes will park the cars not close and take 3 spaces for 2 vehicles. If you are ever in one of our units, and parking becomes a problem, absolutely call our office and I will be glad to take care of the issue. We look forward to having you stay again -- we always look forward to your reservations coming through/
