The property is newly renovated and spacious, and the split floor plan with en-suite baths provided privacy.for both bedrooms. Location is excellent and the unit was spotless.

Lido stay

Had a great stay on Lido key in January and February. The location of our residence was fantastic, near the circle, and everything was in walking distance, including the beach. The staff at the management company was extremely helpful and was immediately responsive to any questions or issues that we had.

Walkable and Large Kitchen!

Great easy access to Saint Armands Circle. Perfect workability To the circle and Lido Beach. Clean, updated with new furnishings. Large kitchen to cook in and entertain. Easy easy communication with the owner. Will definitely be on our return list when visiting our local families in the Sarasota area

Great location

Location great walk to beach and St Armands. Clean inside. Both beds were VERY uncomfortable. The unit is very sparsely furnished and decorated. No dresser/TV in second bedroom. outdoor space was not connected to the Unit. No vacumn and sweeping up sand with broom was difficult on grout. Outside of building needs attention: very dirty windows and black mold on overhangs, doors. Grill temp gauge not working. Beach towels are old but plenty of them. Very few bath towels and pillows and not enough pillowcases provided for each pillow so we wrapped in extra sheet.

Lido key

We had an excellent stay on Lido Key. The property managers are immediately responsive to any questions and extremely helpful and cooperative. The property is well maintained and is stocked with everything you might need. The location is as advertised— a two block walk to the beach and a short walk to the circle. I highly recommend this property.

Great location

As always, we enjoed our stay at this house. We love the location,as it is within walking distance to the beach and St Arman's Circle. Our only disappointment this visit was that the dryer did not work. This is one of the reasons we chose this house again. We did receive a credit the very same day of reaching out to the property manager for the inconvience of not having the dryer. The only other thing we would like to see next time is a few more rolls of paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergant.

Perfect

Actually stayed 2 weeks.. this week and previous week. Part of the stay with family who loved short walk to beach and Saint Armand’s. Stayed on my own and loved the above as well as tree lined walk across the street and access to Nature Trails. Very safe and quiet area. Definitely will return. Also all service, Property Manager, iTrip and Explorie were exemplary.

Perfect Location

We loved staying at this very clean and perfectly located home. Being walking distance to the beach and St. Armand’s circle was terrific. We had two teens with us and everyone had plenty of space in the rental. I used one of the bikes everyday, but the other had flat tires. We used the boogie board and the beach chairs. It’s nice to have amenities like those handy.

Great location and very clean

Plenty of room, well stocked with nice linens. Great kitchen. The listing never mentioned it was upstairs ( difficult for one of us). Fans need balancing, they were pretty loud. Couches looked fine but sat very low. When you sit down it goes down further. Had a maintenance issue and they fixed it right away.

BEST BEACH STAY

Excellent property , 4 minutes walking to the beach, 10 to downtown. Literally all we took was our bathing suits, everything else was in the house. Definitely staying there again soon.

Beautiful Place

We stayed over the 4th of July week, very nice place to stay, open floor plan, plenty of space for 4 people. Short walk to Beach & St. Armand's Circle. Bikes, Cooler, Towels for Beach, couldn't ask for much more. Spacious backyard with plenty of chairs and a Grill. Had a question, owners responded back immedately. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much! Loved your place!

Gorgeous property!! Exactly as advertised!!

We loved this place! We vacation a lot and this has been one of The cleanest we’ve stayed at. My wife usually has to clean when we arrive but we had to do nothing to this place. If I had one critique, I’d say the couches need cleaned or replaced. But really still not bad. Will definitely stay again!!

Nice Property and Great Location

Nice duplex within 2 blocks of a very nice beach. Short walk to cute small town with restaurants and shops. Low amount of traffic. They had a wagon to take your (included) beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc.). They had two bikes. All you need for a great week on the gulf in Florida. And if you need a big town, Sarasota is just a few minutes away by car.
