• 250 steps to the sands of Lido Beach (deeded access) to enjoy beautiful sunsets &
walks on the beach.
• A 5-minute walk to Ted Sperling Park for the hiking trails or rent a kayak to
explore the mangroves & Sarasota Bay.
• 10-minute walk to charming St. Armands Circle for the restaurants, cafes, and
shops.
• Hop on the free Bay Runner Trolley for the short ride to downtown Sarasota to
enjoy museums, art galleries and performing art venues.
• Relax in the saltwater pool onsite or enjoy water views of the gulf from the lanai.
• High speed dedicated private internet.
• 2 TV's w/ Cable, Community BBQ, and bicycle rack is available on grounds.
• 2 Bedrooms accommodate 4 people with +2 people on sectional in
living room (maximum 6 occupants).
• Minimum rental is 30 days, all rental requests require an approved condo
association rental agreement (no additional cost).

Great location & Friendly Neighbors too!

My wife and I have for the last 9 years stayed up and down the SW Coast of Florida for extended periods. This condo ranks toward the top, it is truly a beach lovers dream with a wonderful nature preserve behind. The Owners were terrific communicators and the neighbors were friendly too!

Beautiful Remodeled Condo

My husband and I stayed the whole month and were joined by our daughters. A perfect size for the 4 of us. The beach is a short walk across the street and a nice view from his porch.The owner is very nice and responds promptly. He has everything you need. The only shortcoming is the community of neighbors is very quiet. Some can be very strict rule followers while others were very nice.
