Apartment is Located on the Ground Floor
Quiet and cosy 1 bedroom apartment with all new chattels, Queen bed, 55inch Smart TV+ 32inch TV in the bedroom, dishwasher, heat pump, separate shower & toilet laundry.
Situated just off New Plymouth's Main Street, up a quiet private drive way, with a private yard and park next door.
This apartment is close to the CBD & Hospital and minutes to the coastal walkway with numerous cafes and restaurants, Len Lye centre and much more.
Easy access to Surf Highway 45 and coastal attractions, and a short drive to Pukekura Park.
Mt Egmont/Taranaki is only 30 minutes drive away.

We just loved the apartment, it had everything we needed, a super comfy bed, very private and quiet even though it was centrally located. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting our host as he was out of town, but all communication was clear and pleasant.

A very relaxing stay

A well set up property, a short walk from the shops and coastal walkway. Everything was as indicated in the listing. Well recommended.

The accommodation was great. It was well equipped with everything you might need and Bruce was a friendly and accommodating host. Super comfy bed! We’d certainly stay again.

The place was in great condition and the stay was great. The owner lives upstairs and it was easy to ask him for things that were missing (wine glass, etc.). The only thing missing was a Bodum to make coffee and we would have appreciated some body gel and shampoo. Otherwise, everything was great, the garden is beautiful and we had the chance to eat outside all the time.

Three day get away

Very clean and well equipped with a comfortable bed. Nice outdoor area and good parking. Easy drive to central new Plymouth. Clear communication with our host. A great place to stay! A great place to stay.

Great communication with the owner but the property wasn't quite as advertised. Repainted and some new cabinetry and carpet but shower was very dated and decor needs updating.

Great private apartment

We stayed 4 nights in this lovely single bedroom apartment which has its own lawn and garden area outside its lounge. Its nicely furnished and decorated with everything you need. Owner is super helpful and friendly. Very obliging. We loved it.
