This Fripp Villa is located in the heart of Fripp Island just a few steps away to the Beach. If you love the morning serenity of watching the sun rise over the ocean, while sitting on the deck and sipping on your favorite coffee, then this is where you want to be. Fripp has Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Boating, Fishing, Crabbing, Nature Site Seeing, Childrens events etc... all for those who enjoy being active.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp Resort's many amenities or who just want to enjoy the direct access to the beach. Features include 1 Master Bedroom with an Oceanfront Balcony and 1 spacious Loft Bedroom both with stunning oceanfront views. You will also enjoy a spacious Oceanfront Deck where you can gather to appreciate the sounds of the ocean waves. Three of the bedrooms come with their own private full bathroom. This 1537 sf Oceanfront Villa accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. Please take notice that the front entrance has a video doorbell to provide security to the premises and safety for the travelers.

Some of the many Resort Amenities includes 6 Pools, an Adult Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, Fitness Center, Golf Courses, etc... All of the amenities require Resort Guest Cards which are available to purchase for guests 13 and over.

The Fripp Island Resort is an independent company that charges a resort fee to use their facilities. The Resort fee is 12.8% of the base rental, plus a $35 to $50 fee per Amenity Guest Cards per person (13 years of age or older). The Guest cards are optional and will be charged ONLY to those renters who wish to access the Resort's amenities.
There are many places off the island that will keep you busy throughout your entire stay including dining at a variety of fine restaurants on and off the coastline. Please visit BEAUFORTSC.ORG for a list of activities and restaurants Beaufort has to offer. It is a great alternative for those who prefer to explore off the island.

Beautiful, but rodent problem

The home is lovely with exquisite view. Wednesday night spotted rat in the kitchen and it ran behind refrigerator. Notified rep. Spotted again Thursday night and ran behind refrigerator. Notified rep. Said contacted mgmt and told would look into it, but no resolution a week after visit. Very uncomfortable living in a home with a rat.

Sunrises & Sunsets for a Wonderful Family Vacation

This property was so wonderful for our family time. Grandparents, siblings and teens all enjoyed the beautiful views, location right on the beach, and the chance to relax in such a beautiful location. Wonderful property

We visited with our daughters, their spouses and a grandchild. We had a wonderful time. The property was centrally located and we were able to avail ourselves to many of the amenities offered by the resort. We will be back!

Favorite condo so far!

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed this Capt. John Fripp condo tremendously. I’ve been visiting Fripp for 39 years and the location of this condo was prefect for all the things we enjoy doing: spending the day on the beach, spending time at the adult pool, walking to dinner at the Beach Club, walking to the Fripp Ship, walking to the tennis courts. In the morning and evenings you can sit in the decks of the condo and enjoy the ocean breeze and view. The condo was large enough for us, and comfortable. It was up to date and clean. Things to know before going: the stairs to the upper king bedroom are a spiral staircase, and getting suitcases up and down it was tricky. This condo was the favorite of all the ones we’ve stayed in up to this point! We’ll be back to this lovely place.

Perfect for our family of 5!

Beautiful beach view! And it was such an easy walk to the access walkway and down to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms seemed to have been recently updated. We would highly recommend.

Great location on a beautiful beach

Had a great vacation with our family. The home was perfect - close to the beach, pool, tennis courts and shops. The home was very clean and comfortable, with all the supplies needed, and our host was very helpful with everything from answering questions during booking to the check in process to offering dinner recommendations. Highly recommend!

Loved it

We recently stayed at this property with our two adult children. The condo had plenty of room for all of us. We loved the ocean views from several windows. Everything was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

Labor Day!!

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this property! Perfect for our family and a gorgeous view. We are already contemplating if we need to go ahead and book this again! Richard has been great to work with! The condo was clean and the kids had plenty of space to still be kids, especially just by opening the back door and walking down the board to the beach.

Loved the view to the ocean

Wonderful well decorated property with a gorgeous ocean view and literally a few steps from the ocean. We went to the beach at least twice a day and spent a lot of time in the water.
