This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located steps away from Lake LBJ! It has a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom on the main level and a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom on the 2nd level. The kitchen is spacious and has all the cookware and plates you need to prepare a fabulous meal! There is a patio where you can enjoy a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Lake LBJ! You also have access to all the amenities of Rio Vista Resort & RV Park such as a swimming pool (open March until the end of October), hot tub, pool table, mini golf, etc!

Rio Vista Resort office staff is available 24 hours a day at (325) 388-6331.

Not worth the price

For what we paid for a 2-nught stay, one would expect a bit more comfort and cleanliness. The beds were not as comfortable as they looked though the pillows were fine. And the kitchen was anything but acceptable, no spatula, a broken spoon, gilthy_greasy pots & pans, old appliances and a piece of garbage coffee maker. However, overall, the APPEARANCE was nice - but it is the definition of "Appearances cam be deceiving"... It has great potential but lacks any necessary investments from the owners. We will never stay there again or recommend anyone else to.

Not so Happy Birthday

I will say that we have had pleasant stays here in the past, but this time we were not so lucky. We woke up the first morning and found ants all over our bathroom. Then when it was time to sing happy birthday to our 6 year old we found the ants had made it to the kitchen while we were in the lake, and they were all over the birthday cake. Woke up the next morning to find that someone had stolen items not only off of our porch, but several others as well. I know that we could have brought our things in off the porch and put the cake in the refrigerator, but like I said.....we have never had these problems when we stayed here in the past. Hopefully it gets addressed because it can be a fun place to take your family.

Sleeps 6?

We had six adults come this weekend. We had a great time visiting with family and celebrating my son’s birthday and graduation from high school. Although the ad said the condo sleeps six, there were only two beds. This usually means there will be a pull-out sofa, but that was not the case. The blankets were also not the nicest or coziest of covers. We gave the ones on the sofa (that was not a pull-out) the comforter from one of the beds. The condo has a beautiful view and it is easy to put in and pull out the boat. We enjoyed our time but I was embarrassed there was not enough room for everyone to sleep. One slept in a recliner and another on the sofa. We would go again with a smaller group, but if the condo is to sleep six, there should be room for six to sleep (and that would not be the recliner).
