Great Family Stay

We came to spend New Years week in FL with the whole family and it was a great spot to stay tucked away in a nice neighborhood. Nice open layout house with beautiful backyard. Host was very responsive. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Great location … but as a group of 8 males away playing golf it would be nicer to have more rooms with either single beds or additional beds in the larger rooms….Also office with a bed in would be nice to have curtains…Overall very happy with this property would definitely stay again.

Amazed by this Property

My family has rented dozens of vacation homes and this property was by far the best. From the tasteful decor, to the fully stocked kitchen, the location, and wonderful amenities it was all 5-Star quality. The guest contact, Mayela, was quick to respond to any questions and the property was immaculately clean. We are already booking to return next year. I could not recommend this property more highly.

It took the host 5 months to respond to messages, i had to call her several times to find answers to my questions, there was no enough toilet paper for the amount of guests we had and had put that we were having since we made the reservation (8 months out), she was terribly rude about check out and sent rude messages to us. I would not recommend at all. Very unprofessional

Beautiful Naples Vacation Spot!

House was wonderful, large, very comfortable with all the amenities you would need for your family including fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and pool towels, TVs everywhere, comfortable beds, etc. Our family had a great time hanging out at the house, eating at nearby restaurants, and just a short ride to 5th Avenue for fantastic dinners at Hob Nob and Bistro 821.

Lovely home

The house was very clean, comfortable and very well stocked with kitchen and laundry supplies for us to use. There were issues with outdoor spa but host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Family Friendly Getaway

Everything about this property was fabulous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, plenty of towels for the pool, great space for grilling, good indoor outdoor living. We came to Naples with my mother-in-law and three kids aged 7-12. The kids had a great time swimming. This property was stocked with everything you need for a vacation, they even had markers and color books for the kids. Great attention to detail, kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and glassware and every appliance needed. Would 100% stay here again and recommend

This place checked all of our boxes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house sits on a large lot with plenty of room to play in the yard, shoot hoops, swim, hot tub, play table tennis and billiards... we did all of the above. The single-story layout is conducive to a family that needs space and privacy. There are plenty of bathrooms for everyone and the one out in the pool area is very convenient so you don't have to go into the house to use the bathroom if you're in the pool. The location is convenient to the lots of nearby retail and restaurants and is proximate to the highway. The interior decor is really well done and very comfy. We will book this house again when we're in Naples.

Great home for the holidays!

Really enjoyed our family Christmas vacation at the home. Was a perfect home to host Christmas Day with large family. A couple of suggestions: - a solid blind for master bedroom bathroom window as shear curtain made some guests uncomfortable as bathroom overlooks driveway - lock from master bedroom sliding door to lanai did not work - owner should list out instructions to operate DIRECTV and listing of channels as it took a bit of time to figure out in all rooms and outdoor tv

The house was very clean and spacious. It was well stocked and had great small appliances with a large kitchen. However, the pool and hot tub were not heated the entire time we stayed at the property. It was the main reason we rented the home. Owner/property manager did not respond in a timely manner. She did send out a repair person after we contacted her several times. He was not able to fix the issue.

Great family spring break getaway spot

Fantastic property, great pre arrival communication with the property manager and easy to confirm items on the property and nearby attractions. Upon arrival, was greeted to an ambiance of vacation welcome, with music playing and the natural light shining through the property's many windows. Impeccable decor throughout the property with a great collection of kitchen items, to include family friendly outdoor patio dinnerware. Pool was perfect, incredibly clean and excellent heat. Very nicely laid out floorplan for a family traveling, easy to place the kids in their own rooms and still allow for some places of peace for adults. Very nearby grocery shopping (Publix) -- we enjoyed the grill most nights but also were pleased the location had great takeout delivery options (amazing Thai). I normally pride myself in leaving a rental property's grill in better shape then when I arrived; however, this grill was incredibly well maintained and set-up for our use, I likely failed this trip. We were glad to have small child items on property to include high chair/booster seat and pack-n-play. The pool full bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The single most fancy and pleasant pool / outdoor bathroom I've ever encountered in a rental property

Lots of potential but missed the mark

Firstly, this property is as it looks the pictures-- tastefully decorated and spacious; however, its far from well appointed (for example it has 1 plate for the 11 people it lists as accommodating so if make sure you do dishes from breakfast if you want dinnerware for lunch). While the house has plenty of space and a number of features we encountered a number of issues (one of the sliding doors kept coming off the track which was dangerous for users, the grill was in disrepair and was out of gas one night, the house ran out of running water when the pool was serviced without notice, and there was a plumbing issue where backup overflowed into the master bathroom shower). While the homeowner answered texts, not always answered phone calls, most issues were left for us as the guests to deal with and some of the time her on call repairman did not even show. Is this a beautiful property? Yes. Is this a luxury experience? No.

Great stay, kitchen very nice and had almost everything you needed. Pool was great however we didn’t care for contacting the property manager every time to adjust the temperature and turn jacuzzi on. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Good communication from vrbo with property details and door pin. Overall our family had a great stay!

We travelled with family and celebrated Thanksgiving is this beautiful, spacious home. We enjoyed thanksgiving dinner on the lanai. This was a holiday that will be remembered fondly. The house was well appointed, clean. And had enough room for three generations The Pool and hot tub were Fabulous.

Fabulous, private stay

The property is immaculate, as are all rooms inside of the home. Not one area of space is unperfectly curated. The pool and spa are magnificent and the kitchen was amazing for preparing meals. The home is sent on a veryyyyy large lot for Naples, giving you a lot of privacy. I would absolutely book this home again in the future.

Beautiful family home

This lovely home was the ideal spot for our family gathering. The flow of the home is uniquely open and centralized for creating a comfortable atmosphere. The bedrooms were comfortable and appointed with upscale furnishings. The kitchen has new appliances including a double oven, gas stove, dishwasher, double sink and was fully equipped with lots of dishes, pans, and all cooking utensils needed for real meals. The pool was clean ne a great temperature. Overall, I would rate this house as excellent and would definitely stay here again. No problems whatsoever. Enjoy!
