Peaceful and relaxing after a long day of exploring. Close to many tourist attractions. Large kitchen, comfy king size bed and couch, smart TV, large rain shower head and mini split A/C! A large Walk in closet to get ready in. We hope you enjoy your stay !

Great location and easy to get to. Just a block from a couple antique stores and food places. Check in and out was super easy. Would consider booking again if we are in the area.

It was clean and overall what I expected. Just a little disappointed with the amount of noise from the street, refrigerator, and how thin the walls seem to be between the two apartments.

Girlfriend getaway. Hiking and exploring the North Shore. Absolutely love this local treasure we have in the state of MN. This VRBO was clean and so comfortable when we got “home”. Great shower after a day outside.

The host "forgot" we were arriving on Thursday so when we got there we messaged her that we were there. We didn't hear from her for an hour. She apologized but we weren't too happy that she forgot about us and we had to sit and wait in our car for an hour until she got back to us with the code to the door. It's an OK place. Big dust bunny in the corner and the plastic shelf in the bathroom was all dusty and had hair on it. Fitted bed sheet kept coming off. The place had a smell of carpet fresh like they were trying to cover up something. Lots of windows but no view of anything so not worth opening up the curtains.

We loved everything about our stay. The location was perfect for us as we were there for a baseball tournament at Wheeler Recreation Fields, which was 2 miles down from us. An easy drive to anywhere you would want to go in Duluth. The apt. was a perfect space for 2 adults, a full kitchen, large bath, king bed, and everything was so modern, clean and neat. A fairly quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was amazing just what I needed for an home away from home for extended stay. Wish I found this Gem sooner, as an UMD Parent! Host was responsive. Nice to have “Shake It” below me. Great Protein shakes, sandwiches, and various smoothies and wraps!

Nice Weekend Getaway

Cozy little 1 bedroom. Next to an awesome woodworker’s gallery and an easy Uber to the canal area and even easier Uber to the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Perfect for our weekend away from the kids!

Would definitely stay again

Very nice place. Short drive to downtown Duluth. Within walking distance to nice bars and restaurants. Very clean. Would stay again.
