Property looks a little rough on the outside but once inside it is very clean and well furnished. It was a great location to make day trips throughout the area.

This property was super clean when we arrived. I love the aesthetics of the decorations and mixing the old with the new. There are like 20 steps to get upstairs to this place but so worth it in my opinion. Owners are quick to respond to questions and help! Would suggest to everyone.

Where we stayed was a completely refurbished upstairs unit of a duplex. It was outstanding. Nice neighborly people who live next door, great access to close food, reasonable price, and friendly host. There is an even a desk to study at, a full kitchen, plenty of room to sleep people, and comfortable furniture. Would highly recommend and will be utilizing that space again, next time we are in town!

First time staying here. Communicated with host and check in was smooth. House was perfect for what we were looking for. Host suggested a couple activities going on and we made it all happen. Great experience with this house. Had a fire pit so we used that all weekend to grill food. I will definitely check back next time we are in the area!

Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the check in/out instructions were not tedious at all. Three beds suitable for couples and a couch provide plenty of places to sleep, while keeping a nice living room and kitchen area. There's plenty of info of activities and hikes in the area in a few binders provided by the hosts, which was a nice bonus. There is enough parking in the area, and a reserved spot for two cars front to back if needed. It is a second story unit, with a seemingly full time tenent on the first floor, so they do ask for minimal noise making past 9:30, which we found to be totally reasonable and easy to work around. Overall a nice location with good access to local areas!

Was a convenient location for our family to unwind for a few days following a Boundary Waters canoe trip. Located in a quiet neighborhood and was easy to find. Dedicated parking spot with sidewalk was very helpful for unloading and loading our gear. Kids enjoyed the bunk room. Host was very helpful and communicated with us in the days leading up to the trip to make sure our needs were met.

We have been hosting a VRBO in Duluth for over 10 years and enjoy it! We live in Duluth and enjoy sharing our love of the city and all of its trails with others.
My husband and I are only into silent sports! We climb mountains, hike trails, paddle, Nordic ski, Mt bike, and more outside. We like to stay in quiet places that have no others nearby so all we hear is nature! We like to stay in places that allow no smoking anywhere and like to cook for ourselves! We are very clean and quiet people!

We have a vacation rental in Duluth, MN too called Urban Silent Sports Retreat.
We are very flexible and strive to please making your stay a 5 star experience every time.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose to have a rental in this neighborhood because it is near some of our favorite places! The Superior Municipal Forest has amazing Nordic trails that are groomed daily. Bear Creek Trail has over 40 bridges to traverse on bike or foot and few to no others. Wisconsin Point is easy access to Lake Superior and the beaches without the crowds.
Bear Creek Bungalow is on a large corner lot in a very safe, quiet neighborhood and we even have a police officer across the alley!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our property is one of very few if any in this particular neighborhood where you can walk or bike to Lake Superior and the amazing trails in the area.
Wisconsin Point has 5 miles of sand beaches which have a traffic free route unlike Park Point in Duluth!
