Sit back relax and enjoy the incredible 15th floor ocean and bay views! This unit includes all of the amenities that you could dream of on your beach vacation! A spacious living area fully stocked kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed private bath and ocean views. The second bedroom boasts 2 full beds with the second full bathroom located right outside the door. Unit 1502 is sure to become your favorite vacation getaway. The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries! Your reservation includes a $50 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $50.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.

We enjoyed staying at this condo in 9400 building. It was clean and everything worked. The last night we had some colder water in the shower but besides that all was good.

This place needs a serious renovation!

This condo is old and tired. ALL of the beds were awful. There was literally a mattress that sunk straight down to the box spring. The cleaning crew needs to step it up some - the amount of crud and dirt that has accumulated around the beds was disgusting. There was not a single pan that was usable for cooking - all scratched up non-stick or rusting. Even the tea kettle had rust in it. We had to eat out for every meal. The master bathroom shower door was hanging off the track - we had to fix it - and the shower head was spraying in every direction. Needs to be replaced. The guest bathroom - whomever cleaned it last didn't firmly put down the shower mat inside the tub and the first person that stepped in to it slipped and fell. The carpeting is from the early 80's as is all of the furniture - read that as it's old, tired and dirty. All in all for the amount of money that was spent on this property for prime season we were ripped off. It was no better than a motel.

OCMD 9400 building

Overall cleanliness was good. However, this unit is very dated. The furniture is very uncomfortable and dingy. The master bedroom mattress is very hard. Tons of water damage on the walls. The plumbing is also very unpredictable and old, with 4-5 people showering, only 1 person had hot water. The dishwasher door is broken. Both sliding glass doors are very hard to open and the front door does not feel secure. No deadbolt or slider lock. Had so many issues with the key for front door had to eventually go to rental office to get replacement key. On the plus side, the unit is very spacious and we were not cramped with 5 people. Location is great and beach and pool access is great. The kitchen is also stalked with necessary pots and dishes. Overall not worth the price we paid.

The location is great!, communications whit the manager is excellent , just steps from the beach, we enjoyed the swimming pool unfortunately the mattress condition is very very poor. Old mattres, and cheap stuff.

Just right

Our stay was lovely. The decor could use an update but the balcony view, being able to get to the beach right from the pool and the proximity to everything made our trip!!!!

It's fine for a landing pad

The condo is nice but dated. The beds are rock hard and the water pressure makes the showers extremely difficult to use. The high water pressure is especially not great for children. The area isn't super walkable and you definitely need to drive to get to any amusements. You can't beat the proximity to the beach.

The condo was pretty nice. However I think it was very overpriced considering there was no washer and dryer. We had to use the same beach towels for 4 days without being able to wash or dry them. I was unable to find the laundry room. There was also a lot of crumbs and such ion the floor under the bed against the window in the second bedroom.

Fantastic beach spot with a great view!

This apartment is great for a week at the beach. The apartment is spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. And the views from the balcony are terrific! It is not often you can see the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the bay from the same balcony. The pool and beach access could not have been easier. And the location was perfect for us. Away from the non-stop activity of the boardwalk yet close to great restaurants and shops. The four of us had a terrific vacation. Thank you!
