Your beach vacation starts here at unit 607 of the 9400 Building! These 2 bed/2bath cozy beach retreats has an exquisitely updated kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops for you to enjoy during your stay here. Comfortably sleeping 6 people with a king bed in the primary bedroom with private updated bath and two full beds in the second bedroom- unit 607 has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured, and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $65.

STRICT NON-SMOKING POLICY

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.

Pleasant weekend retreat

The check in process and staff was wonderful! They were able to accommodate our late check with thorough instructions. The location is perfect with walking distance to the beach and ocean views. The beach wasn’t over crowded and all attractions, food, and any amenities were close by either by walking, car or public transport if necessary. Overall the rooms were clean and the functionality of the condo was perfect for myself, my husband, our 7 year old, 5 month old, and my mom. The anc worked perfectly, never ran out of hot water, and we opted for the linen package to save room in our car for travel. We did bring our own pack n play for the baby as well since we double checked prior to arrival and none are available on site. Only downfall was the rug that seemed to have lived a full life and the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but for a couple nights sleep it wasn’t the end of the world and definitely didn’t put a damper on our trip.
