*Early Check In
Unfortunately, we won't know if you can have early check in until the day of your arrival. We have an amazing cleaning crew and if they finish early, I'll ALWAYS shoot you a message if/when that happens. In the meantime, we suggest you and your family visit nearby attractions such as Icon Park Orlando or the Premium Outlet. You can also do your shopping at Publix, which is just 4 minutes from the property.

*Sheets/Towels/Bathrooms
We provide basic linens (bath and hand) per person and NOT washcloths for hygiene purposes. We also provide a starter supplies with paper towel and hotel sized kitchen kit, hotel sized soap and shampoo for each bathroom in case you forget your own.

*Kitchen
We provide all the dishes and cookware you should need, including plates, silverware, pots+pans, etc.

*Trash
Dispose of waste properly! Kindly place trash in the designated plastic can outside. The resort staff collects the trash daily, please do not leave loose items in the bins.

*Door Code
The door code will be sent to you before your check-in. Entering the wrong code three times will disable the lock for a minute, so please be precise! To lock the door, simply press the number 5 for a few seconds.

*Delivery
Just a heads-up: as this is a shared vacation resort, we cannot manage or track items delivered to the house or the resort. We are NOT responsible for lost belongings. Schedule your deliveries for the duration of your stay. Please note, the resort only accept deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and Amazon, not USPS.
