I'm looking for someone (or a couple) responsible to live in my newly renovated, newly furnished one bedroom in Marina del Rey for June and July 2020.
A few more details:
• the place is on Washington Blvd, just WEST of Lincoln in Marina del Rey (zip code 90292)
• EVERYTHING is new.
• very fast Internet
• AC in living room and another one inside bedroom
• EV charging a couple feet away
• ceiling fan in living room and another one inside bedroom
• living room, kitchen and patio are all wired with smart lights you can control via Alexa or Google Home (both come with the place)
• no pets allowed in the building unfortunately
• street parking right outside the building, really easy with no restrictions or street cleaning

Do not stay here!!!!

I can’t emphasize enough that you should avoid this property at all costs. The noisy neighbors and terrible neighborhood I could initially deal with but the ants crawling out of the couch were too much. I left after 15 minutes. When I contacted Mauricio, he relentlessly berated me and admitted to having surveillance devices that were not disclosed in the listing. I ended up having to block his number. Again, I cannot say this enough times...AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
