Discover your peaceful Cape Cod sanctuary! Tucked away on a private, quiet road, this cozy yet spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bath home offers the ideal escape for up to eight guests. This retreat positions you less than a mile from the tidal flats and serene shores of Point of Rocks Beach on Cape Cod Bay.

The home is comfortably and casually furnished, designed for true relaxation. The main living space is bright and welcoming, centered around a fully-equipped modern kitchen that flows effortlessly into a spacious living area. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with Queen beds, a third bedroom with a bunk bed, and a comfortable full sofa bed in the main living space.

Step outside to enjoy your private oasis. The expansive outdoor patio is perfect for unwinding, whether you're reading your favorite book or hosting an evening barbecue on the gas grill. You’ll appreciate the convenience of the enclosed outdoor shower—a Cape Cod necessity for rinsing off after a day in the sun. Location is everything! At Point of Rocks, you can fish, swim, sunbathe, and explore the famous tidal pools of the Bay. For wave enthusiasts, the majestic surf of Nauset Beach is just a short 10-minute drive away. Plus, fresh-water lovers will enjoy the proximity to Nickerson State Park. For year-round comfort, the home is equipped with central air conditioning.

An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Off-season potential availability with additional utility and fuel costs to be determined on a per booking basis. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Nice location, decent place, lacking care and charm

Property was as described- an old school cottage for a classic beach vacation. It is walkable to a relatively comfortable beach - great for walking and exploring but not necessarily for a beach day (in our opinion- better options nearby). We love Brewster and the area is great. With young kids, we enjoyed being at the end of a dirt road as traffic was not an issue. We also enjoyed the classic children’s books and outdoor shower. We were able to use it as the jump off point for a nice vacation. That said, we wouldn’t book again. While we expected (and enjoy) a property that is not “updated”, we didn’t feel that this one was very well cared for…. There is a small patio, but clearly has not been weeded in a long time. Empty propane tanks left dumped in the middle. Outdoor plastic chaise lounge was broken and glued back together. And while there were many beach chairs and a tub of beach toys, I’d say at least half of them were broken and unusable. While I could be wrong, I got the sense that this was not owner occupied. It was also strange that we worked solely with a management company throughout the booking and check in process , but then got a somewhat random call from the owner on the first night saying not to call the management company and to contact him with issues first. Not quite sure what’s going on there. At the end of the day, this place definitely has potential but needs tlc.

Lovely stay in Brewster

We had a great stay at this Brewster house. We walked to the local beach several days and visited some other beaches that were easy driving distance on other days (First Encounter and Coast Guard Beach). The house was bright and sunny and very comfortable and convenient for our group. We highly recommend!

Great stay in Brewster

Nice cape style rental. Home owner is very attentive and accommodating to any issues during stay. Furniture is a bit dated and uncomfortable for relaxing/sleeping.

Great Cape Getaway

Foster, the owner, was wonderful and clearly cares deeply about his home and his guests. He called before our visit to give us some tips and to answer any questions we had. He was easily available via text during our stay if we had questions. The property was immaculately clean and well set up. It had all the amenities we needed. The side yard with grill and firepit were where we spent most of our time and the outdoor shower is a highlight. So relaxing after a day at the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is a short walk (about 12 minutes) or bike ride to the beach. Easy access to the rail trail. There were 6 of us staying in the house (4 adults and 2 kids under 5). We loved the experience and would highly recommend this property for your stay.
