Lovely stay in Homer at this property. The owner is very helpful, and the black out blinds were definitely a plus for those not used to the abundance of day light in the summer. Lots of bald eagles and picturesque volcanos to see here.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Homer! Great access to the town, clean house, and a very accommodating host! Definitely recommend for a trip up here to AK’s famous inlets!

Beautiful place.

Beautiful place about 15-20 minutes to the spot. The place was very modern with Al the amenities you need. Everything went smoothly and we loved our stay!

Beautiful views and close to Homer!

Our family of four recently stayed at the Ocean Views property outside of Homer. We loved the peacefulness and amenities. Dave, the owner, was great and even shared some fishing poles with my poles which they were happy to use! Would definitely recommend for any family or group traveling together!

Great place in Homer!

David was very accommodating during our stay at his house. The views are beautiful when it's nice out. The house was accommodating for the 5 of us (4 beds). Looking forward to staying here again when we're in homer;

Space to spread

This rental had room for our group of 6 to spread out and space for us to gather. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful scenery. The deck offered seating space to sit and enjoy the view. When the clouds cleared, it was breathtaking!

Amazing View!!

We did an adult trip to go fishing and check out the area. The view the home has is just absolutely breathtaking. The home had everything we needed. The water stayed hot with us all taking showers and doing laundry, the heater worked great and even had to turn it down some. The home was easy to find and Dave did a great job showing us everytbing with the house.We even opened the windows to enjoy listening to the little kids next door giggling and playing outside. Highly recommend this home if you are staying in the Homer area.

Great property but not exactly as described

The property is very nice. The view is amazing. Just a short drive into Homer, it’s a great location. The property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. My family had a great time and would definitely stay here again. There is a little discrepancy in the accuracy of the listing. First, the property is listed as a “whole home” property, it is not. The owner lives in a downstairs unit. The upper unit, which is two stories, is what is actually for rent. It wasn’t any kind of an issue, but I believe that should be disclosed in the listing. Also, it’s listed as a 4 bedroom but it’s actually only a 3 bedroom. Two downstairs bedrooms and the upstairs is one big open room with two twin beds on either side. Not a problem for our family, but it could be an issue for some parties. So I feel like that should also be in the description. It also needs a bigger hot water tank as it was not possible for more than 3 or 4 people to take quick showers without running out of water, which shouldn’t be an issue when renting a large unit. All in all though I wouldn’t let any of this deter me or anyone else from staying here, it was great!
