Norfolk Cottage is a comfortable, centrally heated central property within walking distance to the CBD, Friendly Society Park and Warrnambool Showgrounds. It has a secure and sheltered back yard. The property has two living rooms with large Smart TVs, free NBN wifi/internet. Located on a quiet one way street with off street parking.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen beds and the 4th with 2 singles, all towels and linen is provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen and Laundry.

Initially disappointed with outside appearance, but inside is amazing. Tastefully decorated, comfortable with almost everything we needed. Heating works well. Shower (squealing) loudly, but otherwise good. Very happy to stay here again. Also, excellent communication with owners

Lovely homely house with everything you’d need for a short and long stay. House itself is a bit tired in places but it’s full of character and very comfortable. Loved our stay and not hesitate to return.

Long Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Norfolk Cottage. We found the property to be located close enough to the centre of the city without being too close. Check in process was easy and entry instructions were clear and concise.The property was well stocked with all the amenities you could ask for and we were able to keep cosy and warm with the heating working a treat.

Long weekend catch up with friends

The location and property were great. We planned a weekend catch up to enjoy the sites, cook, laugh and connect. The property is fully stocked with all the kitchen utilities we needed. We were happy with what was on offer.

Large house, plenty of space for getaway with friends. Very clean, good location. Equipped with all the essentials. Everyone was very happy with the accommodation. Will definitely book again.

Not value for money for couples

I booked this property after reading glowing references. I realise now that the property is most appropriate for groups and large families who are looking for a low cost per person stay. The cost is the same for 2 people as for 6 people, which makes it fairly expensive per person for couples. We are a couple and this was one of the most expensive stays on our Victoria holiday Based on this we were expecting quality. The house is dilapidated and needs maintenance. For example: The extractor fans do not work in the bathrooms. Doors fall off in the kitchen. The front door key lock sticks and must be forced to unlock.

Short-term Warrnambool stay

Property was in a good location, close to the waterfront, Liebig St. Eateries etc. Good off street parking. Would have been a bit better stay if there was a starter pack ie. Milk, cereal, or something similar, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place to stay

The whole family had a great time staying at Norfolk Cottage. The house was perfect for our needs and is close to everything. The street was so quiet and peaceful. The back part of the house has a lovely outlook to the garden. We would all love to stay again.
