Inspired by the gentle hues of Coastal living, our comfortable accommodations embody the style, spirit, and warmth of contemporary Cape Cod design. This remodeled guest house is nestled between one of the best beaches in Long Beach and Alamitos Bay. You’re just steps away from the water in either direction. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and yoga mats.
This beautiful & charming apartment is an idyllic setting for a romantic beach getaway. It is furnished with beach-inspired décor and offers true comfort and elegance. It has a private side entrance, an upstairs bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and a single car garage in the front of the house. This home is located on a Peninsula. Most homes in this area have no A/C. However, fans are provided.

The host was kind, attentive, and easy to communicate with before and during my stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the neighborhood was QUIET - everything was beyond perfect! Such a great place and area for a lowkey decompress.

This property is steps from the bay, clean, well-stocked. We didn't eat in once because we were out visiting family, but if we did, we would have enjoyed nice plates, glasses, and silverware that looked like someone lived there--and wasn't a rental. We especially appreciated the coffee bar, which was stocked with more coffee and tea than we could ever drink. LOVED THAT!

Cozy, Thoughtful Stay in the prefect Beachside Location

My sister and I had a great time staying at Carmen’s place! She flew in from Texas for a festival, so I wanted something near the water, in a safe neighborhood with easy parking, this was perfect. Located on the peninsula in a quiet, charming area, the rental was cozy and thoughtfully furnished. The bedroom was on the smaller side but functional, the usb port on the nightstand was a great addition. The spacious bathroom, open kitchen, and living room layout made it easy to cook and hang out together.I appreciated all the small details Carmen put into her rental. The kitchen was fully stocked, even with Tupperware I had needed for leftovers. A rice cooker would be a nice addition, but I brought mine. My sister loved the Keurig setup with creamers, sugars, and to-go cups. Carmen thought of everything like makeup wipes, toothbrushes, sunscreen, hair ties, even a razor (which my sister needed).She also provided a binder with local tips, we found a great restaurant on the boardwalk with amazing fries and the best kombucha.The beach was just steps away on both sides, and even though it was overcast, we still enjoyed relaxing beach vibe and walks.The bed was comfy, and my sister fell asleep on the couch as she found it so cozy! With the windows open, the early June breeze was perfect. The included garage was a bonus, though I parked in front for convenience. Check-in was easy, and Carmen was very responsive. We’ll definitely be back, this is our new go-to spot!

This is an awesome condo. Beautiful deco and a wonderful area. There is everything you could need, I would grade it 10. It’s quiet, safe and very clean and comfortable.

Sailing Regatta

The location near the ABYC was great, short walking distance. Very nice 1 bedroom, clean and comfortable. You need a car as grocery, restaurants, etc are not close by. The host was GREAT! She made the whole process very easy and communicated well.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time at the property. I was extremely impressed by all the amenities they provided!! By far the most well stocked place we have stayed! They had everything from beach supplies, sunscreen, lint rollers, plastic bags for packing food etc. the location was great, just a block from the beach. I highly recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect apartment for 1-2 people. All of the amenities you need and plenty of space despite the smaller size. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Would gladly stay here again.

Great location, comfortable and cozy

Perfect rental for 2 adults looking for a quiet location near the beach but also near fun activities, restaurants and night life. The host was very helpful, easy to work with and quick to respond to any question. The apartment was prepared with many thoughtful items that her guests may need or want. We were very impressed overall and loved our few days there!

Nice overall

Really clean and very nicely appointed. However, the TV worked only one of the 5 days we were there. We tried everything to get it to work and it just did not. My wife liked the bed but it was too soft for me. Otherwise very nice and very good host.

Long Beach visit

The apartment was exactly as described and more. It was even better than the pictures showed. We did not want for anything. Everything was easy to find and really organized. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with essentials and more. We really enjoyed staying here. The location is awesome with plenty of places to eat. Carmen, the owner was easy to contact and always responded right away. We would absolutely recommend this property.
