Beautiful home with all the amenities - golf course, lake, Lake Catherine State Park 2 miles down the road - featuring a swim beach. Garvan Gardens 10 minutes away and 20 min from downtown Hot Springs. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths with all that you need - WIFI, kitchen, hot tub, deck, BBQ pit, fire pit, hammock, living areas, smart TV’s, Fiber Optic WIFI, top of the line queen/king mattresses and small dogs are welcome. Enjoy the community pool!

We have stayed here befor and it has plenty of room for EVERYONE very nice the only.bad thing is that the pool was being repaired but we were 5 min to the lake so it was nice

Easy living

The stay at this house was one of our best stays. The hot tub was nice and hot without us having to wait for it to heat up. All of the rooms were very comfortable. The one issue that we had was when the power went out. When it can back on the AC unit didn't but the owners walked me through it and I got the AC working again. Cindy and Jay were very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Eclipse Views!

We had a great time on a girls’ trip to watch the total eclipse. Hot Springs was a wonderful town to visit and this home was a nice refuge from the city. There were so many beds that everyone was comfortable. Two bathrooms was a bit of a squeeze for six adult women, but it worked out. The master bedroom was not pictured in the listing, but it’s there with a big king bed! We were equipped with all of the necessities for making breakfast, coffee, and tea. The available outdoor furniture was perfect for watching the sun disappear! This spot seems ideal for a big family vacation.

Cozy home

We had plenty of room for our family of 11. The house was clean and fully stocked with linens and a few essential pantry items. One issue was no closet space to put your belongings as all the closets were filled with items with the exception of a rack in the master bedroom. Also we had only 1 garbage can for trash pick up and by 9 days the garbage was piling over. We had access to a pool and park for the kids and that was an added bonus. The host kept in constant communication with us to ensure we had no concerns. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Spacious house in great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay here in this house. It’s in a nice gated neighborhood with a playground, tennis, and basketball court. It’s on Lake Catherine State Park road, but unfortunately they were still renovating it during the time we were there. My husband had training In Malvern for the week so we found this was perfect location in between Malvern & Hot Springs. Little Rock is only a hour away so we were able to visit the Zoo and museum as well. The house met all our needs and had plenty of space. The only suggestion I could think to add would be a mattress topper for the master room bed. The bed was extremely firm and my husband and I actually had to sleep in the other rooms a few nights to get comfortable. It’s also squeaky if your partner moves a lot in their sleep. Other than that, it had everything we needed and we would stay there again. The owners were easy to get in contact with and very responsive. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. :)

Great house for a large group

This was a great house for our group. Our group was trail riding at a local off-road vehicle park so there were several trucks with trailers. The gated community was safe and the driveway was large enough for several trucks and trailers. Owners were very helpful and friendly.

Awesome Vacation

Cindy and Jay are gracious host! Best airB&B we have used to date, bar none! the amenities were fabulous. We had one little hiccup, but we called and was immediately taken care of. I will recommend them to everyone who wants a place to stay that wants to be treated like a friend not just a payday!

This property is located in a beautiful gated community right outside of Hot Springs. You are close to Lake Catherine, Lake Catherine State Park and Garvan Gardens. The pool is open in the summer so it's a great spot to cool down with family and friends. We are pet friendly because let's face it, they're one of us.
