Step into one of Florida's most beautiful beachside retreats, just a two-minute walk from the pristine Atlantic Ocean. This immaculate three-bedroom, two-bathroom pool beach house offers everything you need for a perfect getaway. Enjoy our huge heated pool with a spacious deck, set in a very private and quiet backyard. The home’s open and airy design, featuring high ceilings, creates a serene atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

Location Highlights:

A quick 10-minute drive takes you to historic downtown Saint Augustine, where you can explore the fort, the famous Night of Lights (from November to February), St. George Street, trolleys, restaurants, the alligator farm, putt-putt golf, museums, and more.
Avoid the downtown traffic while still having easy access to all the attractions.
House Features:

Walk just two minutes to enjoy dolphins, fishing, and sunbathing.
Beach essentials like boogie boards, chairs, and other equipment are provided for your convenience.
Rinse off in the pool shower before taking a refreshing dip in the heated pool.
Grill out back or explore local restaurants within minutes of your front door.

Additional Details:

Pool temperatures can be adjusted higher during your stay for a small fee (please let us know prior to arrival). Note that pool temperatures are affected by weather below 60 degrees.

Great trip all around. Convenient to the beach, downtown and shopping. We would definitely book this property again. We stayed at one of their sister properties the weekend before and had an equally good experience.

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed this home. Close walk to the beach. The private pool was such an amazing additive and I used it daily (sometimes a couple of times a day). The house is well maintained and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there. We had a wonderful time and look forward to another visit!

This was a great location - steps to the beach and very little traffic. It was truly relaxing because of the location. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighborhood. Grocery store was just a quick car ride. The house was just as pictured and worked well for our group of six. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the welcome snacks and the great communication with Theresa!

Great stay at the beach!

This property is excellent. A short walk to the beautiful beach and a great pool to jump in when you get home! Fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation! We had 6 adults and a baby and the accommodations were perfect for our group.

The property was the best stocked property we have ever been too. Paper products were a plenty - the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook in. I would suggest putting in a king size bed. The size of the master bedroom I feel would be better with a bigger bed. There is that issue of the smell now and then from a treatment center. But other than that the beach was great and a very short walk to get there. I would consider staying again.

Wonderful weekend Girl's trip!

The property was even better than expected. Nice quiet area and so close to the beach. It had everything you could need for a home stay. Uber access was readily available with an easy quick ride over to downtown St. Augustine.

Great Beach Getaway

Came down with the family and a friend for a weekend away at the beach. House is a walk away from the beach and has an amazing pool so you can split time between both. Very responsive owners who answered questions quickly.

Beach Life, Best Life - Vilano Beach

We had a 2 week stay at Vilano Beach. The area is a quiet residential neighborhood. We loved the house, plenty of room for the 6 of us. The pool was terrific and a very easy, short walk to the beach which is beautiful. The house is a short 10 minute drive to St Augustine for a little excitement or stay at Vilano for peace and quiet.

Wonderful Beach Get-Away

We stayed here for 6 days. Beautiful property! Close proximity to the beach. Sadly, it wasn’t easily accessible; son-in-law is a paraplegic. Pool was fantastic! Had all the amenities to make us comfortable. Easy drive to St. Augustine. Highly recommend!

Overall very impressive. The pool was a main attraction for the family and it was very clean. The entire house is immaculate and feels like home. Walking to the beach was a breeze because it is very very close to the house. We had such a wonderful time here and hope to be back. Thank you to Theresa for being there when we had any questions.

I sent my wife to see her mom and extended family in florida and this place is in the perfect location. Its quiet, close to the beach, and when you dont want to get sandy, you've got thempool. She was very please and said it was perfect

Great rental!

Our first time in St. Augustine. And we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Evelyn (property manager) was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean. Very spacious. Pool area was great. And the walk to the beach was easy!!! Will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation 2023

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location to the beach. The pool was great as well. They welcomed us and our fur babies.
