The split floor plans offer privacy and a master bedroom that includes king bed and ceiling fan, walk-in custom tiled shower, oversize soaking tub, his and hers sink areas, walk-in closet and sliding glass doors that open to the lanai. Queen bed in the guest bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Guest bathroom also has a walk-in shower. Washer and dryer room is located conveniently off of the kitchen. One vehicle space in garage available. Two bicycles for guest use.
