Shasta Mountain Cabin is the perfect chalet style vacation home for you to experience what a Big Bear vacation is all about! Located within a short ten minute drive to the Village shops, marina, and ski resorts you will have the best of activities right at your fingertips here while enjoying relaxation and serenity within a quiet Gold Mountain neighborhood. Boasting the necessities from home along with cozy mountains furnishings you'll call Shasta Mountain Cabin your next home away from home too!

As you enter into the cozy living room area you are immediately greeted with gorgeous hardwood floors and vaulted knotty pine ceilings that pair perfectly with the big open windows that provide the perfect balance of natural lighting and forested views of the neighborhood and snow falling outside. Snuggle up on the comfy couches and warm your toes together in front of the toasty wood fireplace as you watch a movie on the mounted flat screen Streaming TV with complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided for your enjoyment. (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming Services.) The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining family for your next holiday feast as it leads seamlessly right into the kitchen, with gorgeous granite counters, cookware and new appliances including a dishwasher, plus a great island with breakfast bar seating for meals.

Being a single level home both of your spacious sleeping quarters and your beautiful hallway bathroom are convenient and easy to reach- all made up for your group's arrival with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for your vacation stay. Venturing outside your group will find an awesome front deck with a propane BBQ available for you and surrounded by trees on a quaint private lot. Good Neighbor Policy enforced at all times. Removing trash and Wash Dishes. No Smoking, Parties, Events, Loud Music, Street Parking, or Over Occupancy Allowed. Fines/Evictions possible by both Code Enforcement and Big Bear Vacations.

Check-in after 4:00 pm - Check-out before 10:00 am
No Early Arrival/Late Departure During Peak Seasons or Holidays.

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
