Summary:

Bright and cheery 2 storey 4 bedroom home situated close to the South Lakes Golf Club and the River, large balcony gives views of both. 2 living areas 1 upstairs and 1 on the ground level with a spare single bed. 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 single (2 beds) on the upper level and 2 double on the ground level. Fully equipped laundry with bar fridge. Outdoor setting for 6 on the balcony, open kitchen and dining. Includes R/C air conditioning, WIFI, SMART TV, DVD, Stereo and BBQ.

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

Perfect Getaway

The house was great, clean and well equipped.Large deck for relaxing and we enjoyed the new kitchen.It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog too.

Wonderful Stay

Super convenient location and beautiful view. The kitchen and upstairs bathroom has been renovated and feels very modern (not shown in pics) but had everything and more than we could have wanted/needed.

Goolwa South stay

Clean, great location and the entire upstairs has been recently renovated. Lovely quality linens & comfy beds. New modern Kitchen has everything you need, There was an issue with the oven, so we were unable to use it but Elders came yo the rescue & dropped off an air fryer to get us through.

Our stay in Goolwa was excellent. The property was ideal. It was immaculate, well furnished and in an ideal location. I could not fault the check in/ out system. I would recommend stayz.

Fabulous location with all the comforts of home

The house had a fantastic layout and plenty of room. Homely decor with comfy beds and couches. The deck was fabulous to sit and watch the river and relax. It has a great secure backyard for children and furbabies. The games shed with ping pong and pool tables was an unexpected bonus wgich we loved and got lots of use out off. Would definately stay again

We had 4 adults and a little dog stay and everything about the property suited us perfectly. It had everything that we needed from the bright kitchen to 2 showers and toilets to the deck and a large and tidy back yard

Comfortable, well equipped house. Decking with river views

We had a relaxing summer break in this spacious and mostly renovated holiday house. New kitchen and bathroom - a real treat. Enjoyed sitting on decking for our meals and evenings. Very peaceful

Delightful house in a delightful location

An excellent four-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday house stocked with everything needed for a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable time away. Our dog, friends and family loved the house, river views and wonderful and convenient location. Thanks so much, we’d love to stay again!

Annual Netty friends.

A group of 4 netball girls that played together for many years, get together every year, this property was a very lovely house, very clean, lovely decor, comfy beds, very relaxing. Everything that you could need was available (possibly another frypan would be helpful tho ). Was lovely even on a rainy weekend. We all slept well and had an enjoyable time.

We'll equipped great location

This was a very clean, we'll equipped property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property has great space for everyone to spread out, and it was very well decorated with a very beachy feel. We have stayed in a few places in Goolwa and this was the best! Great views from the deck and close to Barrage road made for an easy stroll into the town centre. We definitely plan on coming back.

Best place for a holiday in Goolwa!

Loved staying at this place. Excellent location, clean, well presented and well stocked holiday house. Plenty of space for a family. Great communication with the property manager. Definitely recommend!

A quiet and dog friendly getaway

This was our first time at 2 Shore Court and we were very happy with our accommodation. The layout of the home is great for containing noise, there were some lovely views, the street was very quiet and the location in general was very convenient to all our favourite places.

Excellent house

Much bigger than expected. Everything there. 1 minute from river and 20 minute dune walk to beach. Of the 5 or so goolwa houses I’ve rented this was the best one.
