Designed and built by your hosts in 2017, this 1800sqf home comes with a view! Outdoor space with fire pit, grill and TV!
Open concept with kitchen, dining and living room. Primary bedroom on main level. Two upstairs bedrooms with shared bathroom and loft with TV. Enjoy the view from the 2nd story deck or patio with outdoor TV - YouTube TV provided, and streaming services (login to your account)
Family Friendly-kids toys, games, swings and slide.
Cozy up by the gas fireplace inside. The perfect place for family and friends to gather!

Super cozy with great attention to detail! It was perfect for families with the playroom and little room. Comfy beds, and the kitchen and pantry were stocked with everything we needed to cook and do campfires/smores. We loved all the games and books. The host was very welcoming and a quick communicator. Great location with an easy drive to everything we did. There were more surrounding neighbors than we expected from just looking at the listing photos, but it also added a safety layer having others nearby.

Birthday getaway

Awesome property and great host. Jessica was a great communicator from start to finish. The place was perfect for our group. The outside was great for relaxing at night with a glass of wine. The location was an easy 10 min drive or Uber to downtown. Highly recommend!

Amazing place for baby's first vacation

We had a fantastic stay here! It was the perfect spot for our entire family, including our grandbaby. He and his parents loved the open, super-clean space inside for crawling and the swing outside was a big hit too. The location is ideal, with a short drive to all the attractions Asheville has to offer including hiking, shopping, and site-seeing. We also made the most of the local businesses in Woodfin, picking up groceries, pizza, tacos, and frozen custard – everything was delicious! The amenities were a real highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ grill, the large table with an umbrella, and the cozy seating area around the outdoor television. In a word, amazing!

Great place Short ride to downtown Asheville

3 couples from 3 areas of the east coast met for a relaxing reunion near Asheville. This home is beautifully laid out and had everything we could want for our 3 day stay. Very clean. So comfortable that we decided to use the grill and fire pit Saturday night instead of eating out.

multi-generational vacation

My husband and I, along with our son and daughter-in-law and their 2 young children had the perfect vacation in this beautiful home. The outside areas were perfect for entertaining local relatives...adults and children. The house was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The owner was immediately available when we had a request. Everything we wanted to do was 12 minutes or less away. I would return every year if I could!

Loved it!

We had an amazing trip and loved your house and the location. My kids absolutely loved the house and had so much fun on the swings and spent a lot of time reading in the nook in the bedroom. We definitely want to make another trip down to Asheville. It is such a great place to relax and play. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Nice home

Very clean and modern home. Plenty of space and the outdoor patio with fire pit was a great perk. Convenient to downtown (less than 10 minute drive) but still in a quiet area. Would recommend this home and amazing host!

Hands down the best STR we have ever stayed in!

The pictures are spot on. It’s a gorgeous place and the layout is perfect. It’s definitely not a typical rental where things are poorly built/maintained. This house was built with spectacular detail - how you would build a house you were actually going to live in. The outdoor space is great for kids. There is even a secret room in one of the closets. There were only 3 of us so plenty of open beds, but our 6 year slept in that secret room every night. Everything is top notch. The best STR we have ever stayed in, hands down.

Great house for our group.

House was incredibly clean and comfortable. Check in couldn’t have been easier and we found everything we needed during our stay. Views are beautiful from the second floor deck. Rides to and from downtown were very affordable on ride-sharing apps and we never had a problem with availability. Overall, would absolutely stay here again.

Best Vacation Rental

This rental was truly the best I’ve ever stayed - especially for my 1.5 year old daughter. The upstairs playroom, swing set and all the supplies provided were AMAZING to help traveling with a toddler so much easier and more seamless. The house was clean, modern and adorable and had amazing location. There was even treats and a welcome sign waiting for us!! The host truly thought I’d EVERY detail. We plan to come back regularly for years to come! I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Great property!

Was so nice! Very much enjoyed the backyard and second floor deck! Added bonus that the house already had items like a high chair and toys to make traveling with toddlers easy! The whole family loved it.

Solid choice.

We had a lovely time at this rental. It is outside of Asheville proper but an easy drive in under 10 minutes tops. The views are nice as well as all the amenities in the home. Fully-stocked kitchen. Cleanliness was top notch. Can't go wrong in booking.

Amazing Getaway Place!

This home is truly a great place to stay for your next getaway in the Asheville area. It is the perfect size for a group of friends or your family group. The location is close to everything - downtown Asheville is just minutes away; and many of the breweries or hiking trails are about 30 minutes away. In the evening, the quiet neighborhood offers a calming presence to sit by the firepit and enjoy the stars, and catch-up with your friends and family. The home is VERY clean and has everything you need. Jessica is wonderful to work with and ensures that you have everything you need. It was the perfect place for our girlfriend's getaway!

Beautiful family friendly house in a great location

We had a wonderful time staying at the house, which was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked. It was especially great for the children, who had a blast playing together in the play room upstairs, as well as on the swing set and slide. Great location with nice mountain views, and easy commute to downtown and other area attractions. We also enjoyed the patio and fire pit. Highly recommend for families with children!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Perfect spot

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was in the perfect location; convenient to all that Asheville has to offer. Jessica was very responsive and hospitable. We loved the touches of decorating the home for the holidays, stocked pantry, and extra firewood. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

We’re your hosts, Jessica and Travis! We both moved to WNC when we were teenagers, got married and started a family.
Travis is a custom home builder.
Jessica manages Reynold’s View while homeschooling four children.
We make sure the house is clean and ready for each guest, adding special touches when we know why guests are visiting.

We built Reynold’s View in 2017 as our personal home! We raised our children there for two years and then decided to make it a short term rental. It’s a wonderful neighborhood, close to downtown, but still feels private.
