Great stay for ski trip

Had a great stay here for a short ski trip. Place was clean and in location that was close to many mountains and shopping. Beds were comfortable and the condo was well appointed. Covered indoor parking was a nice touch as well. The family was very happy and we would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding condo and view

Fantastic view from living/dining room. Fully equipped kitchen. Recommend opening windows in the morning to keep condo cool. Bonus - secure garage parking for car/small SUV.

Convenient Location

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! It was comfortable and clean. We liked the convenience of being really close to Keystone. We were able to drop off and pick up those that wanted to ski really easily. Only 5 min away! Quiet neighborhood and a hot tub option was nice to have after long days on the slopes.

Location is great

The location is great but the property needs some TLC. It was very warm while we were there during the day so not having A/C did make the upstairs uncomfortable. We left windows open to attempt to help but it was a constant battle upstairs. Bike trails located all around the location were awesome and the underground garage gave us a place to unload and store the bikes when not riding.

We followed up with the homeowners after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:- In our area, it’s common for homes, especially mountain properties like ours, not to have A/C, and we do note this clearly in the listing.- We keep tower fans in the closets, and they’ve worked well for many guests to stay cool during warmer days.- Evening temperatures typically drop into the 40s or 50s, so opening the windows at night usually helps cool the home naturally for the next day.- We’re always open to hearing specific feedback about what needs extra attention, and we’d appreciate any details to help us improve.We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the location, trails, and bike storage during your stay!

Nice and spacious for my family. Door to deck would not lock and thermostat would not respond so had to open a window to cool down but other than that it was a very nice condo. Well stocked with kitchen essentials.

Great mountain view

Very nice condo lots of space for our family. Only problem was regulating the heat it was too warm had to open a window. The thermostat would not respond to reset. Loved the Keurig coffee pot. The heated garage was a luxury. Nice waking up to a beautiful view of the mountains.

Great location

Condo is just out side of Dillon but also within 15-30 minutes is Keystone, Frisco and Breckenridge. Trails are close by. Only 2 minor complaints : 1. The condo does get warm even with windows open, especially upstairs bedroom. Just seems to have poor ventilation 2. When widows are open road noise from highway especially at night seems to carry more. Overall enjoyed our stay

Great location for a variety of activities

Stayed five days in the area. Hiked, toured Breck, took a kayak tour, went to two free concerts. We changed to this VRBO at the last minute because most of the activities we wanted to do were further north of Breck. Way less touristy! Tons Plenty of space for our teens and us to relax to and recharge each day for another day of fun. The table on the patio in the pictures no longer has a top. There were lots of great kitchen items to prepare food but no measuring cups or can opener. We found we needed some snuggly blankets in the morning/evenings to fend off the chill. Bonus: there were a couple of fans to use at night until the cool CO nights kicked in. We would absolutely stay here again.

The stairs were covered in ice the whole time. They were dangerous and 3 different people in our group fell. The hot tub was broken and never repaired. The hot tub wouldn't comfortably fit 5 adults. My son cut his leg on the inside of the tub. The grill on the patio was blown over and the parts were spread on the deck and covered in ice and snow. One of the smoke alarms was missing and we never found a can opener.

Hi Micah, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:– The HOA shovels and maintains the stairs, but you stayed during a winter storm when the shoveling teams may not always be immediately available.– During your stay, the hot tub was temporarily closed for maintenance, but it’s now fully operational. The HOA inspected it and found no hazards. Its size and capacity are, unfortunately, beyond our control.– High winds during the storm likely tipped the grill, which was upright before your arrival. It’s been restored to its original position and is ready for use. A low battery caused a previous guest to remove the smoke alarm, but we’ve replaced it. Guests can find the can opener stored in the kitchen drawer.Thank you for sharing your experience. Your input helps us continue improving for future guests.

Good stay

This condo was perfect for my party of 4. There is a bunk bed room where it could have slept more guests. Heated garage was very nice, though you did have to go up 2 flights of zig zag stairs if that's a concern for you. Communication with the owner was good and responsive! 7 minute drive to the Keystone resort parking lot, which was nice for us. The only reason why I can't give it a 5 star rating, is because the Wi-fi is very spotty. Multiple things just felt unkept - like the thermostat box falling off the wall. One of the bunk beds had to get fixed (due to the prior renter). The Netflix app was lagging on the downstairs TV, so we couldn't watch anything from Netflix. Lastly, some of the cabinets need to be maintained as they did not close properly. Just overall, needs 1 nice update/upkeep to make it a great stay!

Great Location

Super location for our ski trip to keystone. Condo is as pictured, heated garage a plus! Tricky to get a Tahoe in and out but worth it with snow. Hot tub great. Slow communication with property mgr. We arrived Friday night to no heat or hot water. Late on Saturday we finally got a response. They were commuicative after that. All in all a good stay.

Great rental near Keystone resort

This is a great rental in an amazing location! It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for my wife and I and our 4 kids. Keystone resort has amazing skiing and just is a five minute drive from the condo. We loved having a gas bbq and we loved the outdoor hot tub! I would highly recommend this locations if you are looking to rent/stay in this area.
