The Space:
At TOURISTIC HOUSE. We want to let you know that we are diligently providing. On our part, to help our guests being safe from cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, door locks, cabinets handles, and closets, remote control, etc.) before your arrival and during your stay.

The house has comfortable spaces with enough windows to make the environment fresh and bright. It has two living rooms, with a park in the front of the house and an indoor patio.
The house has two floors. On the second floor are most the bedrooms, two stair access, one in the front and one in the back.
This space offers one (1) independent bedroom with a private bathroom for up to 3 people (multiple accommodations). The Bedroom has One (1) double bed and one (1) single bed. Inside the property, there could be more guest (s) in other bedrooms (s) Within the property. Kitchen use is not available in this space.
The room has its private bathroom (hot water shower), telephone in each room for local calls and landline calls at no cost, closet, Smart TV with Bluetooth connection cable TV and in the main livingroom DirecTV Satellite TV, Free Wifi 24 hours (Two Networks of 300 Mgbs each)
We also offer delicious coffee all the time during your stay. You will find an internal patio, And a smoking area as well, a clothes patio, a washing machine, and laundry room, and a microwave oven.
The house is in the heart of the city, a very tranquil and safe area. By places of interest such as Virgilio Barco Library, Campin Soccer Stadium, Movistar Arena, Simón Bolívar Park, Corferias, G12 convention center, and two minutes from the American Embassy, Galerías, and Gran Estacion Mall's where you can go shopping and enjoy bars and nightlife. And 20 minutes to Downtown.

This space offers one (1) independent bedroom with a private bathroom for up to 3 people (multiple accommodations). The Bedroom has One (1) double bed and one (1) single bed. Inside the property, there could be more guest (s) in other bedrooms (s) Within the property. Kitchen use is not available in this space.
Our Guests can have access to two living rooms. One (1) is on the first floor with Direct TV satellite TV and a Fireplace. The other living room is on the second floor, both living rooms with 24-hours Wifi, Two(2) dining rooms, one in the kitchen and one outside, interior garden, Smoking Area, clothes patio, Internal Patio, and a beautiful park located in the entire front of the house.
In front of the house, there is parking without any restrictions, although we have garage availability for a small vehicle as the space is very narrow, short, and not so high for a large one. However, we have an agreement with a Parking lot very close to the house, and cheap to leave it overnight.
It is not allowed to hold large meetings or parties, social events that alter the order and tranquility of the house and neighborhood.

Getting Around:
The International Airport is 10 minutes away, the American Embassy is about 10 to 20 minutes walking, and a few meters away is the El Campín Transmilenio Station. As it is a unique neighborhood site, you can reach any destination you want quickly and safely by public or private transportation.
