Trendy two-bedroom condo with easy access to MAX light-rail and the best of Portland.

This condo is perfect for people relocating to Oregon for work. Very close to Intel, Nike and all Washington County high tech.

This 2-bedroom/2.5-bath condo is furnished with your comfort in mind. Central A/C and heating. The Tuft & Needle queen mattress in the master bedroom and the Casper queen mattress in the guest room will allow you peaceful slumber. Newly renovated, modern kitchen.

Enjoy the 100 walk score of the fantastic Orenco Station neighborhood. Great restaurants, a bakery and a specialty grocery store are just steps away.

Gym (24/7) and pool/hot tub (seasonal). Note: there are stairs (bedrooms are on 3rd level).

Secure underground garage parking for two cars. Uber/Lyft plentiful in this area.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was as described and functioning. The location was so convenient and the place had enough room for us. Just be ready to haul groceries and items up a lot of vertical stairs

A Good Choice

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean and comfortable property. The neighborhood is excellent with restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores nearby, some within walking distance. Our host made sure to let us know he was available if we needed anything.

Transitional Housing

We were looking for a short term rental (1 mo) as we looked for more permanent accommodations. Staying in the heart of Orenco was a great option. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery and more. Also, having two secured parking stalls just made it even more convenient.

Great location

Nice 2 bedroom condo in the heart of Orenco Station. Lots of fun activities to enjoy. Very enjoyable experience.

Great location

Perfect location. The host was very responsive to any requests. He immediately took care of any issues that came up. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and the host was one of the very best we have worked with. Very much enjoyed our stay.

As Advertised

The property was as viewed on the VERO site. This is not common. We couldn’t have been more happy. All the reviews we read were accurate. Our host was very attentive. The only minor issue that came up were initiated by the HOA updating the security system. Our host immediately found the root of the matter and cured the issue. We will stay again if lucky enough to find open dates when back in the area.

Two Month Stay

For extended stay this property has positives and not quite so positives. Parking under ground is very nice. Many stairs which are described in the owners description. Master suite is quite noisy from traffic on Cornell. Some Neighbors are nice, others not so nice as they don't want short term stay use of the property. Short walk to grocery store and places to eat. Probably better use for young people working out of the home during the day. All in all a nice place to stay in nice location.
