Arabella Meadows is a newly built 3 bedroom residence on the edge of Doctor's Gully with spectacular views and bushwalks nearby and walking distance to the heart of Daylesford.
Tucked away in a quiet lane this blissfully serene home displays class and elegance and provides comforts to guests visiting the Daylesford / Hepburn Springs and surrounding region.
The main Living/Dining area is open plan with comfortable furniture, a large stunning wood fire heater, and a huge designer well-equipped kitchen.
A Fire TV system is there for your entertainment needs, it includes complimentary Prime Video, Netflix and Amazon Music, all logged in for your convenience. The outlook from the Living room is a cluster of tall gum trees that line the front nature strip. The two bedrooms on this level provide a configuration of a queen and 2 king single beds. The main bathroom is spacious and well-appointed. There is a washing machine in the Laundry with ironing facilities.
The Master bedroom is upstairs and has a king-size bed that overlooks from the glass balustrade into the living area below. There is a balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee while viewing the surrounding landscape.
Each bedroom has a Google Mini so you can listen to music, news, or a podcast from the comfort of your bed.
Outdoors, the large entertaining deck attracts the all-day sun and the stunning views overlooking Doctor's Gully will help you relax and unwind. There is an outdoor setting, BBQ and sun lounges.

With its fabulous living area, entertainment system, deck, bush views and spectacular walks, why not soak up the ambience, socialise and just chill.
