This convenient, one bedroom, 2nd floor apartment is a spacious 700 square feet, enjoys a very functional kitchen with granite counter tops, electric stove/oven, microwave, disposer, fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and a rice cooker.

Enjoy the memory foam sleeper sofa in living room, smart tv, A kitchen is stocked with many common cooking items, some basic condiments/ingredients are present, along with some beverages and variable light snacks as a convenience. There is a grocery store a few minutes away to complete your shopping list.

Off street parking for one vehicle is provided, this is strictly enforced to ensure parking is available for guests. Parking is around the back of the building.

I live nearby and maintain a presence on the property.

Other things to note:

Smoking and animals are prohibited on all parts of the premises. Exterior video surveillance is present. This is one of four units. The walls and floors are well insulated to isolate sound, however all renters are still encouraged to be aware and considerate of their noise level particularly between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am

* Tenancy exceeding 28 days is possible with a credit/background check and a signed lease. Third party payment scenarios require background check and lease of actual occupant.

Great place and great location.

Had a great stay. Property was clean and just like the photos. Nice amenities like snacks and water and coffee. Great location with many pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place in the Hershey area!

Wonderful

This property is a perfect place for a couple or single person. The entire unit was spotless and thought was put into all amenities. Mike is a fantastic host. Very accommodating and available. We will stay here again, for sure.

Hershey weekend away

Very convenient to Hershey attractions! Cute decor - clean and neat - parking provided! House as described but bring your own towels - only one bath and hand towel - and they were poor quality.

Perfect Getaway

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. The accomodations were clean, stylish, in a convenient location and well stocked with essentials in case you forgot to pack something. A great brewery with awesome pizza is a short walk down the ally. We appreciated Mike's communication and the water, sodas, and candy.

Relaxing , comfortable and clean stay

The place was impeccable clean and modern just as described online, very relaxing and quiet. Mike was exceptional and communicated efficiently. Place was centrally located and close to Hershey. There are many places to eat around and or within a short drive and the amenities and little treats found at the apartment were really nice.

Cozy House

It was a short stay, but it was very relaxing, the place is super quiet and calm. The house was very cozy, and it had everything you need. The communications with the property manager was great. We will choose for sure this house the next time.

Amazing Experience

We had an amazing experience. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The little extra touches made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in, Hummelstown was such a cute little town with great food options. This location is great for visiting Hershey. Mike (our host) went out if his way to make sure our experience was perfect. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back.

Perfect

We were there for a Luke Bryan concert. It was absolutely perfect. Very clean. The owners were so sweet - they left a little bowl of candy and also toiletries. If we come back to Hershey, we would definitely stay here again !!!

A Total Gem

My husband and I stayed the weekend at this lovely apartment so that we could visit Hershey. The apartment was very welcoming. It was clean, nicely decorated, with lots of amenities and plenty of supplies for our stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to be greeted with yummy candy. The apartment is a short walk to Main Street, with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great, clean updated place to stay near Hershey!

The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. We stayed here when visiting Hershey. It is recently updated, well-maintained inside, included some nice little sample sizes of toiletries and coffee pods, enough towels for two, the kitchen had anything we would need but is quite small, and check in and out was easy-peezy. The owner was very responsive as well; we had no issues. It's a terrific location, very clean and a nice size for two people. This unit has a cute little two-seat porch for morning coffee. Unfortunately the neighbors do not maintain their properties and the outside of this home (which has four apartments) could use a clean up. I would stay here again for the price. It's a terrific location and a better option than a hotel room.
