Our vacation cottage is a private residence (1/2 of a duplex) - with it's own private entry, private rear fenced in yard, no elevator to share or wait for, no communal hallways or entry doors. And our cottage is a Pet Friendly rental (see pet policy) that offers all the comforts of home next to the beautiful white sands of Panama City Beach. Our beach access is in a predominantly residential single family home area so there's plenty of room to social distance. Min age to rent is 25.

This charming cottage is the perfect choice for your family vacation, with a 5 minute (or less) stroll to the beach. Please be sure the total number of guests for your stay is correct and message us with pet details (breed mix, age, weight) as owner approval is required.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this home sleeps up to 8. (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 sleeper sofa). You will also enjoy the comfort of cold central air conditioning and ceiling fans in each bedroom. All Bath & Bed linens as well as starter paper products and soaps are provided. Beach Towels are not provided, please bring your own.
The home features beautiful tile flooring throughout, upscale interior design, and a bright, spacious floor plan. A fully supplied kitchen with modern appliances make the kitchen easy and convenient. You’ll find everything you need (and probably more!). Electric range stove, full dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, etc. All Bath & Bed linens as well as starter paper products and soaps are provided. Beach Towels are not provided, please bring your own.

Gather around the large, welcoming table for delicious meals or game night, whatever suits your fancy. The living room has television with Amazon FireTVstick and a DVD player. Free High Speed Wi-Fi makes life easy! The spacious living room offers comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

Don’t worry about laundry…we’ve got you covered! Enjoy the convenience of a full size washer and dryer during your stay. All bed linens and bath towels are provided; however, you will need to bring your own Beach Towels. (House towels may not be used for beach towels)
Parking is never an issue at our beach cottage! The cottage offers convenient off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles, making this vacation a breeze.

This vacation rental is pet friendly! Small Pets under 20 lbs will be considered. Pets may be on the enclosed grounds off-leash with owner supervision. Pet parents are expected to clean up all pet 'deposits'. Wonderful, safe dog walking immediately off-property. Non-barking and non-destructive pets may be left in cottage if crated. Crate provided in unit. Pets are allowed in the main living/dining spaces but should not be allowed in the bedrooms. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Cleaning fees will be higher if needed. Pets require approval on a case by case basis from the homeowner and pet fee will be charged ($150+ per Pet Fee required.) Please notify owner of your pet details (breed mix, age & weight) for final approval prior to rental. Shots record required.

Room was not clean

The room was not clean upon arrival. After contacting the owners, they told us the room would be cleaned the next morning and we would receive a $50 credit. We never did see the $50 credit.

Business trip

The property is a couple of blocks off Thomas Drive and is a short walk to the beach. The quiet neighborhood is clean, and very safe. I was not in PCB as a tourist, but here for a 7 day business trip. Would I book this property again, of course.

Comfy Basics

Our group consisted of three adults and four children ages ranging from 9 to 13. The location within Panama City was great. Very close to St. Andrews State Park. The proximity to the beach was advertised, approximately a 6 minute walk. Easy beach access. The cottage had all the basic items we needed. Keypad entry on the door was much easier than keeping up with a key or cards. We used the Amazon Fire Stick to log into our personal accounts and had all the TV and movies we needed for the evenings. The washer and dryer was used multiple times allowing us to keep our towels clean and to reuse clothes so we could pack less. Is it spotless and shiny and new, no. It is older and shows that wear and tear in the kitchen, bathrooms, wall and trim. But we were looking for a clean, affordable spot for a family to stay together and this fit the bill.

Good time in a great location

The house overall was pretty clean. The linen on the bed in the master room had hair and lint balls. I washed when I got there so it wasn’t too big of a deal. There was a lawn man that came out early one of the days and woke me up earlier than I would have liked while vacationing. Other than that, everything was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better time.

More trash pick up

The property only has trash pick up once a week they need to have trash picked up more often. The previous tenants left a half full can then the teenagers next door filled it up when they left we had 4 days of having to find a place to dump our trash I would highly recommend more frequent trash pick ups

Great place near the Beach!

Very convenient spot. Access to alot of fun things to do - clean and nice property! Our dogs enjoyed the backyard. We really liked the tile throughout because when you are near the beach, sand is unavoidable. Our kids loved it too and were sad to leave!

Great location!

This was a fantastic location. We had a few hiccups during our stay regarding the amenities but the issues were handled by management respectfully and appropriately. We would definitely stay here again. We had a great vacation and we credit a lot of that to having a safe and cozy place to go home to each night.

Nice and convenient property

Nice property..it was convenient in location, was able to get to where we wanted without fighting traffic..its private and not on top of everyone.. we thoughly enjoyed ourselves and ready to come back

Pet friendly, nice location

Rental was as expected. Pretty good location. Close to the beach, pet friendly, had all amenities. The place was clean, had plenty of beds for everybody. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. Host and property manager were easy to get ahold of. Loved the fenced in back yard.
