The Sand Dollar - 6 Min Walk To Beach!

Welcome to the Sand Dollar! - Just steps away from the beach! (Beach access 9). Enjoy pulling right up to your door and staying in a quiet residential neighborhood, while still only being a 6 minute walk from the sandy beaches of PCB!

The Lower Lagoon of the east end of PCB is a hidden locals secret. Enjoy the beach on one side and the bay on the other side with 3 separate public boat ramps. Also most of the towns best local restaurants and attractions are on this side. It's a quiet residential neighborhood, but still just a stones throw away from the beach!

You'll enjoy the comfort of this well-decorated one bedroom, one bathroom unit (especially decorated for beachcombing "Sand Dollar" enthusiasts!).

The home is furnished with a brand new comfortable memory foam king-size bed in the master bedroom. There is also a queen pull out sofa with a brand new memory foam mattress. The optimal amount of guests would be 2 people. But we can definitely fit up to 4 if you're willing to pull out the sleeper sofa!

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch!

The living room is furnished with a nice 65" flat-screen Roku tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends. There are bar stools and a small table to hang out at as well. There are beach towels, beach toys, and a boogie board tucked in the corner to provided for your awesome beach day!

In the master bedroom you'll find brand new comfortable bedding, an alarm clock that has a wireless charger for your smartphone (so you never have to worry about you forgot a charger), and another 55" flat-screen Roku tv. In the closet you'll find extra bedding, sheets, towels, and pillows. A cooler for your beach day, and a private safe lockbox to lock away your important items if you choose so!

Then finally when you step out to the back patio, you'll find a neat private hangout area with outdoor chairs and your own firepit!

**Responsible pet owners welcome, must acknowledge our pet house rules below if planning on bringing pets, our pet fee is $60.

This is a private unit in a duplex building with a shared center sound/fire wall. You'll be staying on the left side "A" unit. You will have the entire unit to yourself, and a private fenced back and side yard.

There is ample private parking for one vehicle on the driveway.

You will access the unit via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in and will be functional from your check-in time to check-out time.

I live a couple blocks away in the same neighborhood. If you need anything at all please don't hesitate to reach out! :)

We feel transparency is very important and we want you to have an accurate portrayal of the listing before you arrive. Please feel free to contact me if there is anything I may have missed or anything else I can do to make your stay most enjoyable!

We welcome snowbirds! For longer term stays (3 weeks+), please reach out for consideration and special pricing!

**Pets: We love hosting them but we have very strict rules - We welcome Responsible Pet Owners:
a) At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit.
b) Non-shedding/non-aggressive/ non-barking pets under 40 lbs are welcomed to join you for your stay for an additional $60 Pet Fee.
c) We have a maximum of two pets per unit.
d) All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you.
e) Pets are NOT get on any of the furniture including the couches or beds. In for consideration for future guests and those with allergies, and pet hair is very difficult and time consuming to clean for our housekeepers.
f) Pets cannot be left openly unattended in the unit or outside by themselves. If you are leaving the property, they must be kept in a kennel or taken with you.
g) Pets are not to dig in the back or side yard whatsoever.
h) You must clean up and dispose of your pet's waste. Pets can relieve themselves in the back yard. Waste must then be disposed of in the trash bin in front of the home. Courtesy pet waste bags are supplied in the back yard. There is a $50 charge for pet waste left behind not picked up.
i) Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the cost of the guest.
Also, breaking these rules may prevent us from being able to host pets in the future, please be considerate of future guests with pets and don't ruin it for them.

3 - Septic System - The home is on a septic system, please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper and waste. That includes not flushing feminine products, "flushable" wipes, q-tips, etc. It will clog the system and cause major repairs.

4 - No smoking allowed - You may smoke outside if necessary, however please keep the doors closed and pick up after yourself. There will be an additional $200 fee for any smoke odors inside the home (they are very hard to get rid of).

5 - No unregistered guests allowed - This is a potential safety issue for us, as well as fire code violation, and the septic system is only sized for the quantity of approved guests. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

6 - Amenities - There is a starter pack of amenities provided for you including 2 of everything. Toiletries (shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper), paper towels, dish sponges, dishwashing packets, laundry detergent, extra trash bags. If you need more amenities or your stay is longer than a couple days, there is a Dollar General, Walmart Supercenter, Winn-Dixie, and Publix within 5 minute driving distance.

7 - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms - Please be respectful of the new bedding and keep from any potential spills.

8 - Please respect check-in and check-out times - Our cleaners count on accurate check in/ check out times to have the time to properly clean and prepare for your stay. It takes us the full period of time to properly prepare the home for your stay.

9 - Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

10 - Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

11 - Please do your dishes and take the trash out before you leave - helps with any potential unnecessary odors.

12 - No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

13 - For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

Perfect small family getaway spot

Perfect accommodation for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Wouldn't change a thing! This is our first trip here and wont be out last.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay with our two dogs. It was very nice to be able to let the dogs in the fenced yard to run and play. They short walk to the beach was nice. We will stay again.

Great Place.

This is a great place to stay. Owner was in communication to insure everything was ok. The room was just Great! Very clean and comfortable. Great back yard, fenced in for our pets. King size bed. Big screen tvs. couldn't have asked for more. Beach and restaurants are very close but this area was very relaxing. Would definitely rent from this owner and stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful!

This property is perfect for people who want to be near everything but still be far enough to have some peace and quiet. A very cozy atmosphere in a safe neighborhood. The property was very cleanly and shocked with everything you could need! All those Knick knacks you forget to pack, you’ll have. The host was wonderful and very pleasant to communicate with. Made my experience at PCB amazing and I will definitely be booking again to return!

Wonderful stay!

My wife, the pups, and I stayed at this beautiful beach home for a week. Igor was exceptionally excellent as he worked with us when we decided to extend our stay. The fenced-in backyard and location near the beach initially helped us pick the sand dollar. It was tranquil at night. The home smelled terrific! It was indeed a 5-star stay at a 5-star property. We are moving to PCB in a few months, so we will try to reserve this spot again as we travel down to look at properties for ourselves. It was a fantastic experience.

They Thought of Everything!

The moment we walked in, everything felt new and it smelled so clean. The host thought of everything that we would need for a perfect beach vacation; beach towels, toys, umbrella, and cooler. Plenty of towels and linens, extra pillows and blankets. And the extras like detergent for the washer and dishwasher. We brought our dogs, who enjoyed the fenced yard and even dog waste bags were provided. Two large TVs with all the streaming services for quiet evenings at "home". This is our fourth trip to this area and by far the best. Igor is a great host. I would definitely stay here again.
