Luxury townhome located in downtown Asheville. This 3-story townhome is located in Building #2 of the Bauhaus South Slope development. A moment`s walk to the popular South Slope district of downtown, right beside Asheville`s minor league baseball field, and just several blocks to the heart of downtown Asheville you will be in one of the most desirable locations in town. The home has a private garage that will fit 1 midsize car, a private elevator, and a large rooftop terrace to take in the views.

Guests will receive all access and check-in instructions upon confirmed booking.

Welcome to your Towns Property Management Vacation Rental. Our full-service staff is here to assist you with all your needs to ensure your stay is exceptional. With an after-hours extension, we are available for our guests 24 hours a day.

Garage Measurements: 6`10`` H, 15`8`` W, 16 ft L

Please note: The townhome is located directly across from an active baseball stadium. During games and events, guests may experience stadium noise, announcements, bright lights, and occasional post-game fireworks, including during evening hours.

CEO, Brandon Towns, has over 20 years of Hospitality experience. He has managed full service as well as select-service properties in almost every sector of the business; including corporate, extended stay, franchised, and independent. He has extensive experience with new openings, renovation planning, and asset management and has held positions as General Manager, Director of Sales, Vice President of Operations, and Owner. His experience expands across all brand types of rental properties, hotels and resorts, including Hilton Properties, IHG, and Independent Boutique Hotels. He has put together a staff that is knowledgeable of the area and industry, and excels in customer service. He and staff are on-site and hands on to assist with all departments' action plans.
