Just park your car and enjoy all that Harwich Port has to offer-a short walk (1/4 mile) to beautiful Bank Street Beach (no need to pay for parking) and steps to Harwich Port Center where you can enjoy the many shops and restaurants.
Stroll to Cape Roots Market or Perks Coffee Shop and Beer Garden for a cup of coffee/breakfast in the morning or lunch and a cocktail later in the day. Enjoy a signature frozen drink and oysters outside at The Port; sushi at Three Monkeys Street Bar and Kitchen or a craft beer while playing a game of Cornhole at Mad Minnow Bar and Kitchen. For dinner walk around the corner and enjoy the outdoor fire pit at Ember Pizza and Coal Fire Wings followed by an ice cream at Cape Cod's famous Sundae School Ice Cream.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen/living area with a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and full bathroom. There is a deck off the kitchen with a gas grill and patio table for outdoor dining and relaxation. 2023 updates include: fresh paint, new flooring, refrigerator and 43" Roku TV.
Linens provided: mattress protector, sheets/pillow cases, bedspread, bath towels, hand towels and face cloths.
Miscellaneous provisions: toilet paper, 1 roll paper towel, sponge, dish soap, trash liners, cleaning supplies (disinfectant wipes, dust pan and broom).
NO PETS ALLOWED PER CONDO ASSOCIATION

Perfect location

Great location. Walking distance to beach and downtown. Small, quaint space that was perfect for young adults that wanted a week on the beach.

Great location within walking distance to a lot.

The unit was cozy the back deck gives additional space and privacy. The other units had owners living there and everyone was helpful with questions about the area etc. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but not enough to ding the review. The owner was very communicative and fast. The town is steps away and being off Rte 28 made everything very accessible. The downtown restaurants were available and usually had room for 2. I would recommend having the owner start a book of restaurant suggestions from the people that stay there. I’m so glad we chose this spot.

Great location "tiny house"

We loved our stay on Cape Cod in Harwich! This "tiny house" was the perfect size for me and my son's getaway. Location was excellent, close to the beach(es), shops, and not too far onto the Cape to get out of town easily. I will stay here again next time!

Good location

We enjoyed the time we stayed in the condo, the bed was a little bit uncomfortable, other than that everything was good. Very nice and quiet area, a short walk from the beach.

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I stayed here during a trip to the Cape. The location was walkable to everything in town, though a lot of the businesses had hours that varied from what was listed online. We’d definitely come back!

Great to be so close to downtown Harwich Port

This is a decent older motel-turned-condo. The unit is quiet small but serviceable for our needs. Loved being able to walk to the shops/restaurants on our own when not hanging out with family members in Harwich.

Four Day Getaway

Property was conveniently located for a short walk to the beach as well as having access to all the wonderful pubs, restaurants and stores that make up the beautiful seaside community of Harwich Port. The two room unit was clean and perfect for two people. The property owner was very accommodating and quickly responded to questions regarding lock code and internet password. I would highly recommend this property if thinking of staying in Harwich Port.

Cute little place

Perfect spot for our beach getaway. It was our first time to the cape! Great restaurants and bar in walking distance. The only thing I would have to say about the rental is the bed is very very squeaky, the slightest movement made it squeak and woke us up. Make sure to bring towels sheets blankets pillow cases. Overall great place.

Good low cost option.

The location of this property was perfect. We were easily able to walk to downtown, dinner and the beach. We were mid-cape, so travel to either Provincetown or Woods Hole was easy. As you can see from the pictures, the property is quite small. My husband even had to climb into the foot of the bed. No room on his side. I was able to make a few meals here - there was enough room for me to cook for 2. I wish his post had more detailed info as to what amenities were there. For example, it didn't mention that we need to supply our own linens. Not a big deal, but it would have been if I hadn't seen a previous review that mentioned it. Also, the bathroom didn't have either a tub mat or a floor mat. We had to go out to buy them so we wouldn't slip after a shower. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great little place!

Just my husband I went on vacay. The place was easy to get to. Your own parking spot! Walking distance to everything!! 2/10 mile from beach. A beautiful beach. Great people there. Seems to be the same people every year Very friendly. We brought our own bedding towels and pillows. Everything else is provided. Even a grill in the back deck.
