Two bedroom apartment on shore of Lake Winnacook aka Unity Pond. Large spacious living room with view of lake and amazing sunsets in the evening. Includes TV, WiFi and Gas grill and picnic table. Easy access to beach for swimming and boating. ( Guest must supply own equipment for boating and fishing activities).
We are located near Unity Collage.

Guest must supply their own linens and towels.

    Peaceful Stay in Unity!

    A very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good nights sleep, views of the water, amazing gardens, & privacy – what more could you need! Robert is a great host and there when you need him. He was very kind to my family and willing to share all he knows about the area. This was especially important to us as we are currently house hunting from out of state. Having somewhere for my daughter to feel safe and comfortable – you cannot put a price tag on that. We had a great stay and grateful to this awesome family!

    Stay on the lake

    The property itself is beautiful. It was very nicely landscaped with gorgeous flowers, and the owner has a small nursery stand before you get to the house itself. The inside was very roomy, has a very nice kitchen and up to date appliances. Once you step outside, you are looking out at the lake view through the trees. Its a short walk down a pathed hill to get to a nice little beach area. It is rocky, but the rocks are smooth and very easy to walk on. Perfect for kids to walk around and play. My one and four year old, as well as my parents who i booked the stay for, had an absolutely amazing time on the water. The owner and his family are very nice people, and he is very educated on the area and its history. Over all, i would 100% book another stay when i have family looking for a rental in the area!!!
