What you do between sunrise and sunset could be as relaxing as reading a book under an umbrella on the family-friendly beach, sitting at the large community pool, or enjoying watersports in the sound via the on-site boat docks and ramp.

Townhome with sound and a little ocean view
Great family vacation! The home was clean and had many of our needs for a fun summer vacation only a couple min of a walk to the beach!

"No Worries" is Right!
My husband and two teenage children really enjoyed our stay at "No Worries." The property is new and very clean and spacious. There are several outdoor decks/patios. We looked forward to relaxing at the house during breaks from the summer heat. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. I appreciated that beach towels and beach chairs are provided for use. There is a neighborhood pool, and the walk to the beach is just across the street. The homeowner, Laura, also provided a list of written, simple instructions for checkout, which was helpful. We hope to be able to return in the future!

FANTASTIC - 2nd Year in a Row!
We stayed at Laura and Bruce’s home in the summer of 2022 and loved it so much that we returned for vacation again this year! I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone. Cleanliness is something that makes or breaks a rental for us, and this home is SPOTLESS upon arrival. They provide almost anything that you think you would need while staying in this home away from home. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. We will most definitely be back!

What a Perfect Long Weekend
Laura and Bruce have the perfect home for family or friends who want just a beautiful place to be and lots of fun things to do close by. The home is spotless and stunning, with decks and super comfy furniture and cool shade for much of the day. Chairs and towels provided to save on packing. The ocean is walkable but if you have a lot of stuff to lug down there are also parking spaces just across from the beach access to make it even easier. Beach is a bit more crowded near the access entrances (as it is on every beach), but a short walk in either direction gives you some privacy if that’s what you want. Local brewery, amazing dinner cooked at home from Topsail Steamer and one of the best meals we’ve ever had at Daddy Mac’s Beach Grille! We WILL be back!
