The house it’s a renovation of an old farm which has been rehabilitated by the owner's architect studio adapting it to the weather and season’s cycles in order to create a unique sustainable atmosphere.

The house has 4 large bedrooms, 2 of them are en suite and 2 share one bathroom. A large glazed living room, dining room and an open kitchen creates the perfect ambience to share memories with your family and friends.

The 2 suites located on the top floor have views to the garden and pool, to which can access directly without going downstairs.

There is a barbecue and shaded dining area, ideal to enjoy how the sun sets behind the "Serra de Tramuntana".

Just by the pool there is a terrace equipped with loungers where you can sunbathe. Under this terrace there is another bathroom.
