This property is beautiful and well maintained. It is well stocked and the owner has added many thoughtful touches to make your stay more comfortable. The host is very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to otters.

Family Vacation

We had a fantastic stay here! The owner was extremely helpful with any and all needs and keeping us informed. We have stayed on the property 5 years and this condo was our absolute favorite!

I want to say we had a wonderful experience for our few days at this condo. The place was amazing. Parking was great, it was right under our front door so walking up was easy. The storage unit was great - had lots of toys and a cart to drag stuff to the beach. The beach entry way was steps away from our building. In Galvestion, there are few places that are right on the beach, you have to do a little walking, but the access here was amazing. Would be great place to bring littles or like me, our teenagers. The food at the beach club (right next to the condo) was actually pretty good and reasonably priced. All in all, what a wonderful place. Not to mention that Monica - the host- was amazing - we were able to check in early and she was super responsive throughout the trip. I will definitely book again. The Condo was clean, beds were super comfy and a great layout to let the kids do what they want and the adults to do what they do. Loved this place

Girls Weekend

We had an amazing time this weekend! The size of the condo was perfect! The kitchen was great for many meals. We felt very safe and were able to enjoy a girls weekend in every aspect.

Perfect Pointe West condo!

The condo is amazing! Very clean, nicely decorated and close to everything (beach, pool, beach club, etc.). Building was very quiet so would be great with young kids. The bunk bed room is great. We will be back!

Weekend Refresh

A perfect stay on all fronts. The accommodations were A+ and the location, views and sounds of the oceans were excellent. Wash, Rinse and Repeat...we will be back.

Rain Rain Go Away

We had a great time even tho it rained every single day! The games were a great addition to the condo and we all had plenty of room to spread out. Comfy beds, great views and perfect accommodations.

Home away from home!

This was the third year we have spent Easter at Surfside. This place was absolutely amazing and so comfortable. It felt like home away from home. Everything that was required for a comfortable stay was on hand. The owner was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place. It was perfect.

Awesome Condo

We have stayed at Pointe West several times. This was by far our best overall experience with the condo we rented. The owners have made it very inviting and comfortable. They provided so many things that we typically have had to take with us. We will definitely rent with them again!

Fabulous accommodations

We frequently rent vacation homes. This condo was by far our best experience. The condo is nicely decorated and super clean. It is very well stocked with beach towels, beach equipment, paper goods, soap and other essentials. The beds are very comfortable. The location was perfect. 5 minutes to the beach and less than 5 minutes to the pool. The owner is very responsive and takes a person interest in ensuring that her guests are having a great experience.

Fantastic Place, Great Owner

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Monica, the owner, was so helpful and responsive. Having 3 kids with us she shared everything she had there to cut down on what we had to bring which was a big help. Anytime we had a question whether it was regarding the condo or the area she responded quickly. We prefer to cook/eat in and this kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The unit is on the beach which makes the walk to the beach and pool not too bad. Would highly recommend this unit and we will stay here again next year.

Condo and property

We enjoyed our stay. Liked the amenities. The hot tub and pools. Nice to have had access to the other pool with the lazy river. It being heated was great. The unit we rented was good location for view of water. TBE only thing was it is further from town. About 30 minutes. However, we would stay there again most likely. Condo was spacious enough. Was stocked with everything we need ed for cooking and such.

Great location! Nice, clean and well stocked unit. Would definitely recommend and we will certainly be back! Communication was excellent! If you are looking for a great location with unobstructed views and easy access to the beach, beach club pool and restaurant, this is the place.

Fantastic stay!

We were so impressed by this location! We were amazed by all of the extras that was provided. We’ve stayed at several places and always had to buy/bring our own soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The owners seem to go above and beyond to take care of their guests!

Amazing view. Short walk to the beach. The pool area was fabulous. The unit was beautiful and very clean. Check in process was simple. Owner was very attentive. We plan on returning.

Perfect!!

The condo was in the perfect location! Easy to walk to the beach and right next door to the pool. The teens were able to go back and forth to the beach and the pool all day long. The set up was great. Having three bathrooms was so helpful. Monica was amazing and so friendly! I sent her a ton of questions before we arrived and she was happy to answer them! The condo was so clean, well furnished with everything you would need and the beds were comfy! We loved sitting out on the huge balcony in the mornings and the evenings. The resort is well kept and the pool is great!! We will definitely be back!!!
