SANCTUARY SHORES UNIT 5

Watch the waves roll in or the passing parade of ships and boats. Sanctuary Shores is located in a fantastic position, less than 200 metres from Kings Beach with no roads to cross to the beach. There are plenty of quality, waterfront restaurants & cafes within walking distance as well.

Unit 5 has been modernly furnished with style & comfort in mind, will sleep up to 4 guests in a King & 2 Single beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom has a shower over a full bath. Key features of the unit include Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD, air conditioning the lounge and both bedrooms, dishwasher and flyscreens throughout. There are also 2 x balconies. For the warmer months there are ceiling fans in the lounge room and main bedroom, and a pedestal fan in bedroom 2.

Unit 5 is located on the third floor with stairs, and the complex offers undercover security parking for one vehicle (per unit) and an inground swimming pool.

Ensuite: Walk in shower + toilet

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
