Hi Daniela. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that your stay was enjoyable and suited your needs. It sounds like the spacious layout and the convenience of the small soccer field nearby added to the overall positive experience, especially for the kids participating in the soccer tournament. We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen supplies. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the limited number of pans and their size. We're glad to hear that you were able to adapt and make the most of the situation. It's wonderful to know that the host's prompt communication was helpful throughout your stay. We value your input and will take your comments about the kitchen supplies into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for choosing our property, and we hope to welcome you back in the future for another great stay.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few important points for future guests. You only sent us 3 photos, which did not indicate that the entire house was dirty, but rather showed a few isolated issues that we could have resolved immediately. As soon as you contacted us, we offered to send the cleaning team back to address your concerns, which is standard procedure whenever a guest reports an issue. Unfortunately, during your 27-day stay, you did not authorize us to enter the property which led us to believe the home was ultimately meeting your needs. Regarding CG, we are truly sorry about the unfortunate incident . It is a very large community, and unfortunately unexpected events can happen anywhere and are outside of anyone’s control. We always strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience and we remain available to assist whenever concerns are reported during a stay. -The IHM Team
